PROVISION OF 02 PARADE GROUNDS WITH ALLIED WORKS FOR AGNIVEERS AT BAMBOLIM AND PONDA UNDER GE PANAJI GOA

Surface excavation not exceeding 30 cm deep and averaging 15 cm deep in hard / dense soil and getting out including clearing away all grass vegetation, saplings, shrubs, brushwood, undergrowth, roots, and trees not exceeding 30 cm girth (measured one metre above ground level) including digging out roots, complete all as specified and directed.

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) or manual means in foundation trenches or drains or for cable or pipe line laying (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan) and not exceeding 1.50 m in depth, including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil, complete all as specified.

Earth work in excavation in all kind of soil by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) means or manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m, as directed by Engineer-in-charge, complete all as specified.

Returning, filling excavated soil in trenches including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated soil to a distance exceeding 250 m but not exceeding 500 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point all as specified and directed.

Rolling and consolidating formation surfaces in cutting using power roller exc 8 tonne & n. exc. 12 tonne, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Laying and compacting 150 mm thick (compacted thickness) Granular Sub Base Course (GSB) grading as per Grade I as specified in Table 400-1 of MoRTH specification for Road and Bridge works, 2013 in a single layer over compacted subgrade with natural sand, crushed gravel, crushed stone, crushed slag or combination thereof as per the grading required. The material shall be mechanically mixed, spread and levelling on the subgrade by using motor grader of adequate capacity and rolling with vibratory roller of capacity 80-100 KN static weight for achieving required compaction density of at least 98% of the Maximum dry density, consolidating to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and directed with finished surface tolerances as per Table 900-1 of MoRTH specifications for Road and Bridge works, 2013, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Laying and compacting 150 mm thick (compacted thickness) Wet Mix Macadam (WMM) laid in two layers of 75 mm thick each, grading as per table 400-13 of MoRT&H Specifications for Road and Bridge works 2013, manufactured in WMM plant and material shall comprise of clean, crushed graded stone aggregates (Basalt /trap /granite) and granular material premixed with water to a dense mass, carriage of mixed material by tippers to site, laid in uniform layer over prepared sub base /base course using mechanical paver and rolled and compacted with vibratory roller of capacity 80-100 KN static weight and consolidated to required gradient and camber, complete all as specified and directed. The finished surface tolerance shall be as per Table 900-1 of MORTH specification for Road and Bridge works 2013, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Preparing new WMM surface by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc., sweeping with broom and finally fanning the cleaned surface with air blower/ power compressor to remove all loose dirt etc. and applying evenly priming/tack coat with bituminous primer of VG-10 grade paving bitumen @ 10.0 kg/Ten Sqm complete all as specified and as directed complete all as specified.

M&L Premixed Dense bituminous macadam (average consolidated thickness 75 mm or less) laid, spread using self propelled mechanical sensor paver mechanical paver with 4% binder content by weight of total mix, using paving bitumen binder of grade VG - 30 grade by weight of total mix, rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber using vibrator power roller of capacity exceeding 8 tonne but not exceeding 12 tonne complete all as specified and as directed. Note: (1) Quantity of DBM to be ascertained by taking levels before and after the execution of DBM work duly signed by Engineer-in-Charge and Contractor. (2) Adequate required slope to be maintained at this stage itself to ensure adequate drainage.

M&L Bituminous premix asphaltic semi dense concrete (SDAC) 40 mm thick consolidated thickness using bitumen grade VG-30 with 5.50% binder content by weight of total mix, rolled and compacted to required chamber and gradient using hot mix plant and using self propelled mechanical sensor paver & rolling by vibratory roller, spread, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient; complete all as specified and as directed

NOTE For BOQ Item Nos. 11.00 & 13.00: (i) The actual binder content for BM & SDAC used shall be as per optimised content based on approved job mix formula irrespective of what ever indicated in BOQ Items. (ii) Price adjustment shall be done on MINUS side only @ 60.00 per KG (without considering the permissible tolerance on minus side) with reference to binder content indicated BOQ Items.

M&L Preparing bituminous surfaces of road and Painting lines, centre lines, stop lines, dashes, arrows letters, etc. on road pavements and the like exc 10 cm wide with road marking paint, white or golden yellow, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Stainless steel (Grade 304) railing made of hollow tubes, channels, chain ,dome ,plates etc including welding, binding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (wherever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, including fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless dash fastener, stainless steel bolts etc of required size, on the top of floor of the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Laterite stone walling of squared rubble, regular coursed, well bounded, bedded and solidify hearted built in cement mortar 1 :6 complete, all as specified.

M&L Rendering 10 mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) over fair face of Brick or concrete or laterite masonry surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Keyed pointing to stone masonry work in cement mortar 1:3, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls and material & labour for applying two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion integerated design paint in any pattern/design (approved by GE) having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Hardcore of gauge exc. 63 mm but n. exc. 100 mm of broken stone or boulders, deposited spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rolled/rammed to a true surface, complete all as specified.

M&L Plain Cement Concrete (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base or sub floor etc. 75 mm thick complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 18 to 20 mm thick Granite slab, machine cut and machine polished, as in flooring, treads/ risers of steps, jambs, cills, skirting / dado etc., laid over and including 20 mm thick svcreed bed/ backing coat in CM (1:4), jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match shade of granite stone including grinding and polishing complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 110 mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes single socated in any length with rubber ring joints laid in trenches or floors; complete all as specified and as directed

M&L Preparation of new or previously untreated concrete surfaces of any description over 10 cm in width or girth not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer all as specified and directed.

M&L Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete rubber finished paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footparth, parks lawns, drive ways or light traffick parking etc, of required strength, thickness & size/shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine crushed sand, compacting and proper embedding/laying of interlocking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand complete all as specified and directed

M&L PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation, filling and mass concrete for stays, pole foundation and platform, filling of road cutting etc. complete as specified and directed.

M&L PCC (1:2:4) type B-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in coping of poles and the like including necessary form work including weathering slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating as directed complete as specified and directed.

M&L PCC (1:2:4) type B-0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate as in lintels upto 1.5 m clear span, cifls, steps, seismic and other similar bands, parapets and railing upto 60 cm in height, copings, kerbs, water troughs including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating complete as specified and directed.

M&L PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation, filling and mass concrete or for bedding of stays, pole foundation and platform etc. complete as specified and directed.

M&L PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in as in drains, surface channels and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamferred angles and throating as directed and provision of necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

Extra over PCC in drain for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete using extra cement including forms, moulds, mitred/ stopped ends etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Precast reinforced cement concrete type B-1 1:2:4 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in cover slabs and placed in position including provision of necessary form work and setting in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified. (Reinforcement will be paid separately under relevant item)

M&L PCC coping (1:3:6) type C1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in coping including necessary form work, including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating as directed.

M&L RCC M-30 (Design Mix) using 20 mm graded stone aggregates in foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams; bases for columns etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L RCC M-30 (Design Mix) using 20 mm graded stone aggregates in Columns, pillars, piers, posts, slabs and struts etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Form work to sides of concrete foundation, footings, bases of columns, rafts and raft beams, sides and soffit of foundation and plinth beams and similar work etc; for flat rough finished surface of concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Form work to sides of pillars, posts, struts, piers, columns, slab and stanchions, for flat rough finished surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L TMT(CRS) bars 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bend to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips all as specified and directed.

M&L TMT(CRS) bars 5 mm dia and over upto & including 10mm dia, cut to length, bend to shape as required including cranking, bending and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips as in stirrups, spacers, binders complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Precast cement concrete type B-0 1:2:4 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate as in louvers and jallies 35 mm thick (measured solid) including all mouldings but excluding frame as directed.

Supply, fabrication and erection of Rolled midl steel Fe 410-W (Gde- E-250) quality -A Framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete.

M&L Preparation of new or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm in width or girth not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer all as specified and directed.

Supply, install and erect in true vertical position Steel tubular swaged poles complete with mild steel base plate 6 mm thick of size 450 mm x 450 mm, finial taper plug, pole cap, bolts, nuts & screws, pole made out of ERW MS tubing confirming to IS-2713 Part-II of 9 metre long 410 SP-22, supplied, installed and erected in true vertical position including drilling holes of required size and numbers for fixing of cross arms bracing support /taking out of cables etc with inbuilt junction box for 3 phase 4 wire AC supply and painting with one coat of red oxide primer and two coats of aluminium paint on exposed surfaces and two coats of black bitumen paint for the portion embedded in concrete and providing 5 Nos of 30cm wide circular bands with black & yellow paint starting from plinth level and numbering of poles, in yellow paint & black painted back ground at a height of 1.5m from bottom of pole with 10 cm Iarge bold letters 2" wide complete all as specified and directed.
