Excavation in treanches n.exc 1.5m wide and n.exc 1.5m in depth for foundations, shafts, wells, cessipts manhole, pier holes etc also n.exc 10 Sqm on plan and getting out any type of soil.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded aggr as in foundations, filling and mass concrete.

M&L for precast cement concrete block masonary with solid blocks type C1 1:3:6 using 20mm graded aggregate exc 10cm in width and buitl in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded aggr as in coping including form work required complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick plaster in CM (1:4) on brick/block wall or concrete surfaces finished even & fair all as specified and as directed.

M&L for applying two coats of cement based paint over a coat of primer on newly plastered surface of wall including preparation complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L hardcore of broken stone or boulders of gauge n.exc 63mm deposited spread, levelled in layers n exc 15cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface

M&L for PCC in pavement/ hard-standing of flexural strength 40 kg/per square centimetre in field using not less than 400 kg of cement per cubic metre and finishing the surface with broom finish. Note : (i) Sand & Aggregate used shall be from Main Land only. (ii) The design mix shall be got done from Govt approved Engg College/Polytechnic/NABL approved lab/CME/ IIT and it should be approved by GE before commencement of work.

Returning, filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n,exc 25cm, as in soil.

Removing excavated material n exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point.

M & L for Forming Contraction (Dummy) joints 30mm deep x 10mm wide, filled with modified two component polyurethene sealant of Shali Seal PU 2K P or equivalent all as specified and directed. Note : Rate inclusive of joint cutting using mechanical diamond cutter to required width and depth.

Supply and lay GI pipe medium grade of 100 mm dia, including all fittings laid in trenches/ along with wall all as specified and directed.

Note:- (i) The successful contractor after acceptance and prior to commencement of work shall produce valid electrical license issued by concerned State Government/ Union Territory in the name of the contractor or copy of agreement with any other agency having valid Electrical License issued by concerned State Government/ Union Territory along with copy of that agency's electrical license to this office with copy of HQ CWE, Port Blair. (ii) The contractor shall also produce the competency certificate issued by concerned State Government/ Union Territory of the supervisor employed to supervise the electrical works. (iii) The contractor shall also produce necessary permit issued by concerned State Government/ Union Territory of the workers/ tradesmen employed for executing the electrical works.
