M&L for Scarifying or picking up gravelled, macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces in area exc 400 sqm and depth exc 50mm and n.exc 100mm complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 150mm thick (75mm in 2 layer) (Compacted thickness) wet mix macadam (WMM) laid in single layer as per MORTH specification, using crusher broken graded stone aggregates , spread, rolled and consolidated to required gradient and camber using mechanical paver/grader and tandem vibratory roller/earth compactor of capacity 8 ton to 12 ton or compaction at to achive the mn 98% density of MDD determined using modified proctor density determination method as per IS Code laid in layers of consolidated thickness complete as specified and directed

All as per Item No 2 above but except material (serviceable material obtained from Item No 1 shall be used under this item).

M & L Repairs to pot holes any depth n,exc 1 sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads etc, cutting around edges atleast 25mm in depth, making good by applying tack coat @ 5Kg per 10Sqm of paving bitumen (VG-30), putting in premix bituminous macadam well rammed and sealed with binder 9.8 Kg per 10 Sqm of paving bitumen, blinded with o.09 cum of stone chippings 6.3mm size and again well rammed(including supply of premixed macadam binder and chippings) depth of pot holes exceeding 30mm

M &L Preparing unsurfaced WMM surface by brushing with wire brush for removing caked mud etc., sweeping with brooms, and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bag to remove all loose dirt etc and for applying evenly a tack coat with bituminous emulsion RS-1 @ 7.5 kg per 10 Sqm with sprayer over existing surface etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Premix bituminous macadam with binder content @ (VG-30) 4% by weight of total mix laid/rolled with 8 to 15 tonne power roller and compacted to required gradient and camber (consolidated thickness 75mm or less). Note: The contractor quoted the rate shall be deemed to include the following elements: a) The contractor shall got the mix design done through Govt approved lab and same shall be got approved from GE before incorporating in the work. b) In case variation in the bitumen content as per approved design mix in comparison with the bitumen content as specified above, the variation in the quantity of bitumen shall be adjusted with price adjustment. c) Contractor shall submit the authenticated weight batch receipt for every load of materials brought at site duly marked vehicle number.

M & L for preparation of existing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes and removing caked mud etc sweeping with broom and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M & L for applying evenly a tack coat with bituminous emulsion RS-1 @ 5 kg per 10 Sqm with sprayer over bituminous macadam etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for applying evenly a tack coat with bituminous emulsion RS-1 @ 2.5 kg per 10 Sqm with sprayer over bituminous macadam etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for bituminous premixed asphaltic semi-dense concrete using paving bitumen (VG-30 grade), 30mm thick (Consolidated thickness) using binder content @ 5.5% by weight of total mix (Job mix), using mechanical paver rolled with 8 to 12 tonne power roller & compacted to required camber and gradient complete complete all as specified and directed. Note: The contractor quoted the rate shall be deemed to include the following elements: a) The contractor shall got the mix design done through Govt approved lab and same shall be got approved from GE before incorporating in the work. b) In case variation in the bitumen content as per approved design mix in comparison with the bitumen content as specified above, the variation in the quantity of bitumen shall be adjusted with price adjustment. c) Contractor shall submit the authenticated weight batch receipt for every load of materials brought at site duly marked vehicle number.

M&L for preparation of New/existing black bituminous road/concrete surface and painting lines dashes (continuous/interrupted), arrows,letters etc on road 2.5 + 0.5mm thick and n. exc 10cm wide with one coat of hot applied white /golden/yellow auto retro-reflective thermoplastic road marking paint with reflectory glass beads on bituminous road all as specified in clause 803.40 of MOSRT&H specification over a coat of self primer using special applicator machine as per IRC pattern including cleaning of road surface free from dust & moisture and putting in duly mixed with 8% mica sign special applicatore machine complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs Cat Eyes solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100mm x 100mm x 20mm with PAMA striplens reflector of model No. DA 972.0 fixed with and incl MS Stud of suitable size as per manufactures instructions.

S&F in repair solar cat eye aluminium alloy shall (100% water proofing design accoring to 65) of size 125mm x 125mm x 125mm (shank 65mm) of high efficiency Mono rystafie solar panel 2.4V/0.3 watt one NI-ed rechargeable battery (1.2V/1600MA) consisting of super bright LED with 10,000 to 18,000 mcd completed as per manufactures instructions etc all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Demolition of Brick work or stone / boulder masonery built in cement mortar complete all as specified incl coping.

Demolition of cement concrete (un re-inforced) in ground floor and paving n.exc. 15 cm thick below or above ground level complete all as specified .

M&L cement concrete type D-2, 1:4:8(using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation , filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for stone masonry randum rubble, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted in CM 1:6 in retaining walls abutments brought upto coarses complete all as specified including necessary provn of weep holes etc.

Extra over stone walling for hammer dressing with maximum depression on face from straight edge held against the dressed surfaces n.exc 40mm to face of stones and dressing of face , beds and joints, as specified of random rubble walling, uncoursed or brought upto course complete all as specified and directed.

M&L keyed pointing to random or polygonal rubble,uncoursed or brought up to coursing in cement mortar 1:4

M&L for PCC (1:3:6) type C1, using 20mm graded stone aggt as in coping, bands, plinth coarses, parapets etc like incl weathering,slightly rounded or chamfered throating complete all parapets as specified.

M&L cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-2,(using 40mm graded aggregate) as in surface channels and drain complete all as specified and directed.

S&F For 110 mm , PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints,as in weep holes etc. Complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F For 600 mm dia. reinforced concrete pipes, class NP 2 with one collar per length of pipeetc. Complete all as specified and as directed by Engr - in - charge.

S & F For framed work such as grills, gratings, etc.. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 etc.complete all as specified and as directed.

Preparation of new or previously untreated surfaces of iron of any description over 10 cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over and including a of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed

M&L for 100 mm thick PCC type B-1 (1:2:8) using 20mm graded aggregate as in sub base etc complete all as specified and directed
