Soil Investigation, Survey and Underground Mapping (Package No. II) as per TS CET/05/RN/5052/TS/CE/01/R=0

• The bidder should have experience of having completed Area Survey, Soil Investigation and Underground Mapping works on single point responsibility basis, either together or separately, of cumulative value not less than Rs. 14 Lakhs in not more than 3 separate orders, during the last seven years as on the date of NIT.

The following documents (duly Notarized) to be submitted in support of the technical eligibility::

i) Work order /letter of award / Letter of Intent/ Contract document

/Purchase order / work agreement/ any other letter of award of work issued by the client.

ii) Completion certificate /Final acceptance certificate / Job completion Certificate/ Performance Certificate / any other documents issued by the client showing completion of the job corresponding to 1(i) above.

iii) Contact person’s name, e-mail id and mobile/ telephone no. of the client

The bidder should submit an affidavit stating that the eligibility documents furnished by them are genuine.

In case the work order pertains to various work elements including the works as mentioned above, documentary evidence from the client in respect of the value of work element as specified shall be submitted.

Consortium Bidding : Not Allowed

• The average annual financial turnover of the bidder during any three financial years out of the last 4 (four) financial years ending 31st March 2023 shall not be less than Rs. 5 lakh (Rupees Five Lakhs only).

The following documents to be submitted in support of financial eligibility:

Notarized copies of audited balance sheet and Profit & Loss account for any three financial years out of the last 4 (four) financial years ending 31st March 2023 having valid UDIN. The turnover certificates and audited financial statements certified by a practicing chartered accountant having Unique Document Identification Number (UDIN) should be submitted by bidder in support of the above.
