Repair/maintenance and servicing of step down transformer 3.3 KV/433 Volt of capacity 200 KVA comprising following work services :-Locn : Addnl Wksp 507 ABW and MRS (a) Disconnection carefully of cable end termination of HT & LT side. (b) Opening of top cover by removing nuts, bolts and all mounting accessories and conservator tanks. (c) Draining out transformer oil and keeping aside in barrel for re-use and then again pouring back after necessary filteration and dehydration including top up with new transformer oil to make up the reduced quantity if required (New Transformor oil for topping up will be measured and paid separately) . (d) Replacement of top and buttom Gaskets. (e) Servicing of tap changing gears by cleaning and polishing tapping contact points. (f) Cleaning of bush and stud both HT/LT side and refixing the same with new cock sheet as required (g) Replacing unserviceable stud and bush if required as directed by Engr-in-Charge. (h) Reconnection of all cable terminals HV & LV sides and refixing the top cover after replacement of gaskets, conservator tank in position. (j) Cleaning and heating of silica gel in breather and replacing with new silica gel to make up the reduced quantity. (k) Connecting HT & LT side with existing incoming and outgoing cables including reconnection of earth strip/lead. Note: (i) Filteration and dehydration of transformer oil, New transformer oil, New bushes and stud and New silica gel required for replacement shall be measured and paid for separately. (ii) Spares like bushes and studs,New silica gel,New buchholz relay and M seal monoplast, etc required for replacement shall be measured and paid for as supply only separately. The labour element involved in replacing the spares shall be deemed to include in the unit rate quoted. (iii) The unit rate quoted shall include the cost of all other minor spares as required not mentioned hereinafter.

Filteration and dehydration of old transformer oil and removing of sludge by continuous circulation through transformer oil filtration plant with heater strips to achieve dielectric strength of not less than 50 KV at 2.5 mm gap of electrode as per IS-1866(1985) and improvement of acidity by minimizing percentage of acidity using chemical reagents all as spedified and as directed by the Engn-in-Charge.

Supply and top up transformer oil having di-electric strength not less than 60 KV at 2.5 mm gap after initial dehydration/ filteration conforming to IS 335 and ISI marked to be brought at site in sealed container all as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing of HT CT of ratio 300/5/5 Amps all as spedified and as directed.

Repair/servicing of HT PT epoxy type including replacing of primary and secondary winding, replacement of PT bush-03 Nos and housing bush-03 Nos all as spedified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fixinng of tripping coil 110/30 V DC all as spedified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and Fix Panel heater for VCB HT panel including necessary fixing arrangement including taking out unserviceable one all as spedified and as directed Engr-in-charge.

Material and Labour for reparing / replacement of locking arrangement of HT Panel including necessary fixing arrangement including taking out unserviceable one all as spedified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Maintenance and servicing of 3.3 KV VCB of 400 Amp, 250 MVA (Make-Crompton Greaves/ Kirloskar) by opening out HT cable termination joints, checking and cleaning all the spares of VCB to avoid any chances of flashing / burning due to loose connection, replacement of all bolts, nuts & washers (if found damaged due to flashing) with new one (anodised) of existing size, testing and calibration of earth fault and over load relays complete after re-connection of all dismantled cables and again testing after re-charging the VCB complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Maintenance and servicing of 3.3 KV OCB of 400 Amp, 250 MVA (Make-Alstom) by opening out HT cable termination joints, checking and cleaning all the spares of VCB to avoid any chances of flashing / burning due to loose connection, replacement of all bolts, nuts & washers (if found damaged due to flashing) with new one (anodised) of existing size, testing and calibration of earth fault and over load relays complete after re-connection of all dismantled cables and again testing after re-charging the VCB complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Servicing of HT panel including replacement of burnt out lugs, scraping the bus bar chamber, cleaning the bus bar panel with CTC, remove the burnt out electrical wiring and replacement of bolt, nuts, washer and new wiring for metering eqpt, phase sequence RYB with bus bar insulation tapes, heating with blower, reconnecting, testing and commissioning complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. (Note:- Cost of Nuts, bolts, washers, insulation tapes, wiring & other connecting items shall be included in unit rate).

Servicing / Repairing of control panel of automatic power factor correction panel 100 KVAR to 250 KVAR capacities by replacement of unserviceable / defective / burnt out wiring with appropriate and existing size copper flexible cable with all fixing arrangement, minor parts and connections for making panel serviceable including taking out old wiring complete all as specified and directed. Supply and fix MCB TP 32 Amps, 240 volts, 'C' series with all incoming / outgoing connections with proper size of lugs including taking down the old unserviceable MCB complete all as specified as directed.

Supplying, fix in replacement,chequer plate of 6mm thick for covering the duct of cable including cutting in required dimension duct complete all as specified and directed..

M&L for MS clamps, made out of FI, of adequate size and thickness, bend to shape as requited, drilling, bolting, etc complete, for fixing as in gi pipe, cables and the like, including preparing new steel and iron surfaces and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer, etc complete.

Supply and fix off load side handle change over switch 400 Amp, four pole 415volts, 50Hz in SS Enclosure execution complete including suitable size of thimble/ lugs for connection of cable and testing after completion to be fixed on wall with all fixing material such as suitable size of channel, fastener, nut bolts, washer as required at site for fixing changeover as per existing make including taking down old changeover complete all as specified and directed.

Repair and servicing of 415 Volt, LT ACB of capacity 800 Amps of in existing panel including disconnecting all electric connection from main panel board , strip opening and replacing minor parts such as nuts bolts & washer etc including cleaning of all contact points with proper high quality of rust preventive spray etc reassembling the complete switch gear unit and testing all as specififed and directed
