Design, supply, erection, testing and commisioning of all Electrical works for STP of 1.5 MLD Capacity including electric cables, MCC panel, main panel, earthing, cable trench, cable tray, gland & lugs, internal lighting & exhaust system, external lighting, etc and all other associated works as per Employer's requirements.

Schedule IV: Electro Mechanical works for STP of 1.5 MLD Capacity

Design, supply,erection, testing and commisioning of all Mechanical works for STP of 1.5 MLD Capacity including Coarse Bar Screen, Fine Stainless Steel Screen, Raw Sewage Transfer Pump from STP Inlet Wet Well to Inlet Chamber, Equalized Sewage Transfer Pump to Aeration Tank, Air Bower for Equalization Tank, Air Blower for Aeration tank, Diffuser System for Equalization Tank, Diffuser System for Aeration tank, Secondary Tank Scraping Mechanism, Return of Activated Sludge Tranfer Pump, Waste of Activated Sludge Transfer Pump, Chlorine Dosing Pump, Chlorine Dosing Tank Agitator, Electro-Magnetic Flow Meter, Pen Stock Gate / Sluice gate Valve for Inlet Sewage for Coarse Screen Chamber Inlet Gate, Pressure Gauge, Level Sensors (for all Pumps), Pipe and Fittings with all Accessories, pH Meter, Dissolved Oxygen Meter, Valve & Fittings, etc and all associated components installed in accordance with the Employer's requirements.

Schedule V: Interception and Diversion (I&D) Works for STP of 1.5 MLD Capacity

Design, construction, testing and commisioning of Coarse Screen Chamber and Sump Well for Convey System with required dimensions for STP of 1.5 MLD Capacity as per design specification including Excavation in al types of Strata, filling available excavated earth excluding rock, disposing of material, dewatering with providing & supplying, binding, reinforcement as per design requirement for construction of R.C.C. M30 well staining internal & external surface, railing, MD ladder, MS Sluice gate, etc. complete and any other works as directed by Engineer in charge/employer.

Supply, erection, testing and commisioning of Sewage Submersible pump as per design specification of Non Clog type Sewage water. Design, supply, erection, construction and commisioning of Pumphouse as per design in BB Masonary common bricks in C.M. 1:4, including 15 mm cement plaster, MS shutters, doors, windows, with oil bound washable distemper internal and external surface with all complete as per Employer's Requirements.

Design, supply, laying, hydro-testing, and comissioning of Raw Sewerage Main line for STP of 1.5 MLD Capacity for the length of 1273.00 RM which includes GRAVITY MAIN (HDPE pipes of PE-100 grade & PN-6 – 300mm dia) and Manhole Chamber (Bricks & RCC) including excavation in trenches, dismantling of all type of pavements, sand bedding as required, backfilling of trenches and foundations with approved graed excavated materials and approved graded river sand as required including loading and unloading , Shuttering and shoring the earth at different levels in foundations where necessary with required prop, struts, planks, timbers, nails etc. including dewatering if necessary, hydro-testing completefor distribution system as per Technical Specifications and direction of Engineer:

Design, supply, laying, hydro-testing, and comissioning of Raw Sewerage Main line for STP of 1.5 MLD Capacity for the approx. length of 2960.00 RM which includes RISING MAIN (HDPE pipes of PE-100 grade & PN-6 – 300mm dia) including excavation in trenches, dismantling of all type of pavements, sand bedding as required, backfilling of trenches and foundations with approved graed excavated materials and approved graded river sand as required including loading and unloading , Shuttering and shoring the earth at different levels in foundations where necessary with required prop, struts, planks, timbers, nails etc. including dewatering if necessary, hydro-testing completefor distribution system as per Technical Specifications and direction of Engineer:

Road Restoration as per requirement including filling of earth, graded aggregates,compaction, concrete casting and bitumen topping.

Schedule VI: Power Connection for STP

Providing electrical power connection of required kVA to STP site with transmission line for I&D pumps including drawal of electrical power line from the nearby APDCL Grid, setting up of required capacity Sub-Station, providing electrical control panel & metering unit etc. and obtaining necessary approval & load sanction from APDCL and payment of supervision & other charges to APDCL

Design, Installation, testing and commisioningof Deep Tube Well including boring, lowering of pipe casing and strainer, submersible pump and all related items as per the scope of work.

Design and Construction of granular sub-base Approach Road by providing close graded Material conforming to specifications, mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, carriage of mixed material by tippers to work site, for all leads & lifts, spreading in uniform layers of specified thickness with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve the desired density. Bituminous road + bituminous macadm + pre-mix carpet for STP as per specification as directions of Engineer-in-Charge & directed by the employer.

Design and Construction of Administrative biolding cum DG and Store Room of plinth area as per Drawing and Specification for STP . The cost shall include civil works, foundation, site preparation, roof, external finish, internal electrification and all other associated works, all complete as per Employer's Requirements.

Design & Construction of Barb wire fencing for STP of height (above GL) as per requirement of the site condition and length all completeas directions of Engineer-in-Charge & directed by the employer..

Schedule VIII : Construction of Community Level Soak Pit System.

Design and Construction of Community Level Soak Pit System at ward no- 1 with Screen Chamber, Settling Tank, Soak Pit as per the standard engineering practice outlined in the CPHEEO Manual and IS 2470 & all complete as per Employer's Requirements.

Design and Construction of Community Level Soak Pit System at ward no- 2 with Screen Chamber, Settling Tank, Soak Pit as per the standard engineering practice outlined in the CPHEEO Manual and IS 2470 & all complete as per Employer's Requirements.

Operation & Maintenance of the entire Sewerage Treatement project including Manpower, chemicals and material, repairing of all components as required, repair to pipeline leakages, road restoration for the repairing works, painting of civil or non-civil structures (if any), retrofitting works of the civil structure wherever necessary and management of STP, pumps and motors, pumping stations including mechanical, electrical panels, necessary accessories. It also includes activities for maintenance of campus development, laboratory, etc. for 5(Five) years.(APDCL Energy Charges will be borne by the ULB)
