Demolition PCC any description and any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of Brickwork or stone/ boulder masonry, built in lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster, any description on brick or stone walls surface, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Brick work with subclass 'B' bricks (old size), straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Walling of random rubble, uncoursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in Cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on stone/ brick/ concrete surfaces or surface other than fair face of brick work of walls, finished fair & even complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall including plaster/ cornices etc and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over one coat primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Providing precast cement concrete louvres and jallies, 40 mm thick type B0 (12.5 mm crushed stone agggate ) set in CM 1:4 (measured solid), including all mouldings but excluding frame, including dismantling for louvers Jallies complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for providing cement concrete 1:3:6 type C1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps, seismic and othe similar bands, plinth courses, bed plates, copings, kneelers, apex post, stones, bed plates and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating including necessary formwork complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of RCC as in Roofs, floors, beams, staircases, landing, chajjas and similar suspended work complete all as specified and as directed.

Formwork to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work, not exc 200mm thick (Horizontal or sloping) for fair finished flat surfaces of concrete, complete all as specified and as directed

S & F Mild steel bars TMT 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item no 12.00 above, but 6mm to 8mm dia complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L RCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregates as in Slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in Post holes each not exc 0.5 cum and getting out, soft/ loose soil complete as specified.

M&L PCC 1:3:6 type C2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete as specified.

M&L 65mm x 65mmx6mm MS Angle iron fencing posts or tee section or any other section fixed independently without connecting plates and similar works conforming to Fe-410-W (Gde-E-250) quality-A complete as specified including dismentling of existing post embeded in ground complete.

M&L for preparation for new steel or iron surfaces of any description , not otherwise described ,exc 10 cm girth and applying two coat of synthetic enameled paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed

Fixing only Galvanised steel wire chain link fencing of 4 mm dia wire and 100x 100 mm mesh,made up into matress or cages ,lapped wired and laid in position including closing after filling complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge. Including removel /dismantling of old chain link fencing complete.

Supply only Galvanised steel wire chain link 4 mm dia wire mess 100 x 100 mtr

M&L for MS flat iron 40mmx 6mm size fixed in fencing posts including 6 Nos of holes for fitting of nut and bolts complete Fe E-165 Gde 290 as specified.

M&L for nut and bolts hexagonal type of size 65 mm long and 12 mm dia complete

M&L MS round bars 10 mm dia as in Sag bars in chainlink fence cut to length bent to shape and making hooks etc complete as required & specified.

Dismantling structural steel work including doors, gates but excluding framed truss etc. Complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Framed work such as grills, gratings, etc.. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165. Complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for complete removal (by mechanical means) and preperation of old plastered or unplastered surfaces of wall and applying two coat of cement based paint all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation for old steel or iron surfaces of any description , not otherwise described ,exc 10 cm girth and applying two coat of synthetic enameled paint complete all as specified and as directed.
