Providing and fixing factory made UPVC white colour casement/casement cum fixed glazed windows comprising of uPVC multi-chambered frame, sash and mullion (where ever required) extruded profiles duly einforced with 1.60 ± 0.2 mm thick galvanized mild steel section made from roll forming process of required length (shape & size according to uPVC profile), uPVC extruded glazing beads of appropriate dimension, EPDM gasket, stainless steel (SS 304 grade) friction hinges, zinc alloy (white powder coated) casement handles, G.I fasteners 100 x 8 mm size for fixing frame to finished wall, plastic packers, plastic caps and ecessary stainless steel screws etc. Profile of frame & sash shall be mitred cut and fusion welded at all corners, mullion (if required) shall be also fusion welded including drilling of holes for fixing hardware's and drainage of water etc. After fixing frame the gap between frame and adjacent finished wall shall be filled with weather proof silicon sealant over backer rod of required size and of approved quality, all complete as per approved drawing & direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (Single / double glass panes and silicon sealant shall be paid separately) Note: For uPVC frame, sash and mullion extruded profiles minus 5% tolerance in dimension i.e. in depth & width of profile shall be acceptable. Variation in profile dimension in higher side shall be accepted but no extra payment on this account shall be made.Casement window single panel with S.S. friction hinges (300 x 19 x 1.9 mm), made of (small series) frame 47 x 50 mm &sash 47 x 68 mm both having wall thickness of 1.9 ± 0.2 mm and single toughned glass pane lazing bead of appropriate dimension. (Area of window upto 0.75 sqm.)

Providing and fixning of harding made of 1"x1" hollow section complete with 1mm thick flex incl.cost of lettering printing and photosgraphs etc as per directions of Engineer Incharge and as per requirement at site

Providing and fixing precoated galvanized iron profile sheets (size, shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer-in-charge) 0.50 mm (+ 0.05 %) total coated thickness with zinc coating 120 grams per sqm as per IS: 277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns. Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches during transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12 metre or as desired by Engineer-in-charge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling /self tapping screws of size (5.5x 55 mm) with EPDM seal, complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces, excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required.

Structural steel work in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.

The Panels will be made of 0.50mm thick hot dipped galvanized steel sheets on both sides with 60mm thick layer of rigid CFC free close cell polyurethane foam (Density 40 Kg+2 Kg/Cum) insulation. The wall panels will be provided with tongue and groove joint and will be contineous pannels. All materials required for the manufacture of shelter will be new and shall comply with relevant Bureau of Indian Standard Specification. Base channel of specified size will be provided for walls. The main and partition walls will be made up of 40 mm thick wall Panels of make Llod panel system/Modern Panels/Jindal Mectecnol/PSL Engineering or equivalent.
