Procurement of 6mm (5ply) Commercial Plywood MR Grade of various sizes as per IS:303:1989 (Reaffirmed 2003). i) Required Sizes: (8’x4’, 7’x4’, 8’x3’, 7’x3’, 6’x4’, 6’x3’, 5’x4’, 5’x3’) ii) Required specification are as follows: a. Fully Composed core. b. Without any gap and over lapping. c. 5 ply (3 full core veneer + 1 top faceveneer + 1 bottom face veneer). d. Manufacturing with VPT Process (Vacuum Pressure treatment). e. Using combination of Hardwood Core Veneer like Mahogany, Black Walnut, Black jerry, Eucalyptus and redwood. f. Melamine Formaldehyde resin based plywood. g. Alternative Glue Line. h. The minimum weight of the Commercial plywood per Sq. Ft. not less than 0.34 kg.
