Supply and fix security light fittings LED 15 watt, input 110 to 230V as per IP 65 luminaries comprising of rectangular shape, high pressure die cast aluminium housing, with weather proof gaskets for lamp and driver compartment with GI Pipe 25mm dia light grade bend to shape including necessary fixing arrangement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix branch pipe with nozzle of 20 mm dia long body for hose reel conforming to IS 8090 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make : MINIMAX/SAFEX/AGNI/NEW AGE/FIRE SHIELD/ LIFE GUARD/ZENITH ENGINEERS

Taking down existing smoke detector of any type and model carefully for re-use including all connected wiring , accessories comlete all as specified and direted by Engineer-in-Charge.

Refixing only serviceable smoke detector in position all as per new layout approved by engr-in-charge complete.Note: wiring and conduit shall be measured and paid separetly.

Supply and fix PVC insulated sheathed FRLS 2 core 1.5 sqmm 2 core copper conductor cable comlete all as specified and direted by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix Cast Iron Air Valves with single air Outlets, conforming to IS 14845 of size 50 mm dia bore and fixing up in Cast Iron Water supply mains of size 50 mm dia comlete all as specified and direted by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing fire extingusher dry powder type (ABC) as per IS: 15683 of capacity 9.0 kg comlete all as specified and direted by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing fire extingusher CO2 light weight squeeze grip type as per IS 15683 of capacity 4.5 Kg comlete all as specified and direted by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing fire extingusher clean agent type as per IS 15683 of capacity 4 kg comlete all as specified and direted by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix Exit Single sided LED sinage with built in battery backup for 2 hrs complete all specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for providing two coats of 4mm thick antirust protection including primer and lap of 2.5 mm on 150mm MS Pipe complete incuding surface preperation coating and wrapping shall be confirming to IS 120221 including conducting hydraulic test comlete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Design, supply and install, testing and commissioning fire suppression system suitable for room size 9 mtr x 9mtr x 3.5 mtr based on clean agents like Perfluro-ketone, Pena-fluro-ethane or Hepta-fluro-propane etc and Modular stored pressurized with MAP-90% automatic sprinkler head installed in it with a temperature sensor of 68°C with total flooding , control panel and control wiring complete with consisting the following all as recommended . (a) Supply and fix Electrical solenoid actuator 24Volt DC to operate the system receiving signal from fire alarm panel complete all as per OEM mannual include wiring as required at site. (b) Supply and fix Pneumatic actuator mounted on the top of the cylinder to actuate the valve cylinder complete with adaptor all as specified. (c) Supply and fix Cylinder mounted bracket complete with clamps, bolts & fasteners etc. (d) Supply and fix High pressure Pneumatic actuation hose with fitings etc as required to be connected from actuator to adopter. (e) Supply and fix HFC 227ea Discharge nozzles as per flow claculations. (f) Supply and fix Piping MS seamless sch 40 ASTM A-106 GrB with necessary fittings and accessories complete all as specified. (g) Supply and fix Gas release Push button unit to release system mannually. (h) Supply and fix Gas Inhibit Push button unit to shift system from auto to mannual. (j) Supply and fix Caution sign board -02 Nos (k) Supply and fix UPS for 30 min back up single phase AC input 160 to 260 V and out put 230 ± 1% of capacity 5KVA include necessary connetion to the fire suppression system -02 Nos MAKE : SIEMENS/ TYCO/ UTC/SVS.

Note: (i) contractor shall submit design plan duly approval of system/ design should be obtained from DFS (Director of Fire Service/ CEIG/ relevant fire regulation authority) for approval and before commencement of work. Further copy of same produced for accepting officer for approval before commencement of work. (ii) Rate is inclusive for all piping from system to inside & entire room without any extra cost. (iii) Rate for any other connected items not mentioned but required for job for fixing, installation & commissioning of the fire supression system be included in the quoted rates.

Supply & Fix 52 Ltrs capacity HFC-227 ea clean agent Gas cylinder complete with valve, pressure gauage, syphon tube etc as required for 42 bar system by CCOE approved ISI marked complete all as specified and directed. Note: Contractor shall submit layout plan duly approved from authorized agency before proccurement.

Supply of HFC 227ea Gas clean agent (Hepta fluro propane) as per specification filled in cylinder.

Construction of brick masonry valve pit of size 90 cm x 60 cm x 60 cm (internal dimensions), using old size sub class "B" brick, built in cement mortar (1:6) and 10 mm thick cement plaster (1:4) both internally and externally, with 75 mm thick PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 in foundation, PCC (1:2:4) type B-2 in benching complete with and including 2 mm thick mild steel sheet cover (mounted on angle iron frame of size 50 mm x 50 mm x 6 mm thick, embedded in PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 coping), fitted with proper locking arrangement, hinges and handle of suitable size and painting with two coats of black bituminous paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer on all steel surfaces, including necessary earth work (in soft / loose soil), returning filling and removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 metre complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Cutting existing GI pipe line 50 / 80 mm dia and providing & inserting GI Tee of suitable size for 50 mm GI pipe complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply, laying & testing PVC insulated, PVC sheathed cable galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric control cables (Heavy duty) with stranded copper conductor of size 4 sq mm, 4 core, 1100 Volts grade complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for making cross hole suitable for 80mm dia bore pipe including passing GI pipe of size 50 mm dia, below the road with the help of pressure pipe/ boring tools for passing the cable and removing of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 100 mtr from work site all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : Gi pipe to be measured and paid seperately under relevant items.
