Providing & installation of HIGH MAST 12.5 M High of Bajaj / Surya/Wallmount/ Crompton greaves / G.E Desing & installation at site of work including cariage and erection testing, commissioning, incidental actions LED light & other accessories as detaild below for street lighting in Industrial area having 12.5 Meter Lowering & Raising 12 sided Polygonal Structure High Mast lighting system having Top diameter minimum 150 mm & Bottom minimum 360 mm considering Wind velocity 180Km/Hour as per IS 875 part 3, 1987. Mast shaft shall be in Two sections, minimum sheet thickness of Bottom Section 3mm & Top Section 3mm single hot dip galvanized internally & Externally as per IS 2629 and ISO 1461. It shall also include accessories for high mast, steel wire rope 6mm, SS 316 Grade / 7/19 construction & self lubricating internal power tool double drum winch duly pre greased , Electric Motor, Panel ,lantern carriage, Galvanized rigid head frame & trailing Cable shall be 5c 4 sqmm copper Round PVC nsulated & PVC sheathed G.I single Spike Lightening Arrestor etc. The shaft material construction shall be as per IS 2062, BS EN 10025 Yield Point 355N/m. The Mast shall be of minimum two wire ropes suspension system without any intermediate joints. Suitable to use with 8/12 numbers LED Floodlight. The job includes the cost of Foundation Nuts & Bolts 360X150 3/3 Plate Thickness minimum 445 PCD Foundation Bolts M24/750X4 and double earthing of high mast with G.I stripe. The job also includes the cost of Control panel of High Mast including motor control circuit as required. The drawing and design of high mast shall has to be got approved from the Engineer-in-charge and the testing of high mast shall be done by the Engineer-in-charge before its installation. The firm will have to supply all the test certificates of the high mast to the department and no extra payment shall be made by the department for testing and certificates.

Design & casting of foundation with M20 cement Concrete & steel reinforcement suitable for installation of 12.5 Mtr high mast. The complete foundation design & calculations duly certified by the structural engineer shall be submitted by the firm before laying the foundations for approval of the Deptt. The foundation structure design should be of the manufacturer of high mast keeping in view the wind pressure and soil capacity of the area where the high mast is to be installed. The actual load bearing capacity shall be tested by the firm at its own cost. However the rate & design for the foundation for load bearing capacity should be 10 TON per sqm.

Supply, carriage & erection of Single Dome LED Avaition Obstruction Light Single dome integral LED aviation light comprising of aluminium housing with polycarbonate enclosure to be installed on existing High Mast Pole of height 12.5 / 16 Mtr. approx. including cost of suitable mounting arrangement and making necessary connections, testing and commissioning etc. to the entire satisfaction of EIC. The LED aviation light should be of IP-65 and should be as per its relevant IS specifications.

Supply, carriage and erection of 180W Turbo LED Floodlight of Bajaj /Crompton/Philips /Havell Luminaire made up of die cast aluminium housing with cover IP66 having efficacy better than 110 lumens per watt. The Fixture supplied with Electronic high efficiecy driver having Power factor >0.9, THD <10% , Surge Protection min 6KV. The Company logo must be embossed on the body of fixtures. The Luminaire shall comply all relevant national and international standards with Type tested from NABL accredited Lab to ascertain minimum technical specifications containing in LM 79 & LM 80 reports. The firm shall has to submit the LM 79 and LM 80 report. The sample of fitting shall be got tested from some NABL I UL accredited lab and the expenditure for that shall be borne by the firm.
