Overhauling/servicing oil sump of 10 Kva DG Sets , turbochargers, self starter motor, rectfication of oil and leakage from turbocharge refilling new oil as per is stander and testing complete, cleaning, removing sediments/foriegn particles from the complete oil circulation system, refixing, incl replacing oil sump gasket , fillter all (oil filtter,air filtter,and testing for fuel pipeline PVC connection with new highly transperent PVC flexible pipes of suitable diameter, painting of outer surfaces of fuel tank Check, clean, adjust/tighten, grease and set for proper functioning of valve 'V' belts, pulleys, Fan hub, idler, water pump, filters, engine cylinder head incl decarbonising electrical wirings all bolts, nuts and washers vibration dampers, coupling, alternator terminals, carbons brushes vibration dampers, coupling, alternator terminals, carbons brushes, springs, AVR's, exhause pipes etc of DG Sets complete DG set shall be tested after fixing all items on load as per directed and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Repair/replacement for brazing of earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead 25mm X 3mm, aluminum strip/earth lead, in any position including jointing by existing tinned copper/brass nuts, bolts and washers complete all as specified & directed. Note:- (i) Each joint shall be considered for measurement purpose. (ii) Existing nut bolts & washers shall be reused for jointing of strips. (iii) Brazing shall be done with gas welding using brass electrode.

Returning re-filling of excavated soil after laying the cable with spreading leveling watering with ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick in loose/soft soil complete all as specified and directed

Removing excavated materials/ surplus soil to a distence not exceeding 50 mtr and deposited where.at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr. from starting point.

Supply , lay / spread in trenches, River sand , clean ,including spreading , levelling , punning for laying / cushioning of cables all as specified and as directed. Note:- Only punned depth shall be measured for payment.

M&L for cleaning and preperation of surfaces, by scrubbing with wire brushes, emery papers etc., from all metalic surfaces of MS tubular LT electric poles , any type / model, not more than 9 mtr. long above ground level , including cross arms, clamps etc., any size , on the same pole applying one coat of aluminium paint on pole,cross arms, clamps, GI pipes brackets etc., including writting of pole number etc., by paint all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing HT 185 sqmm Cable joining kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for straight through heat shrink type joint complete with joining material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armored aluminum cable.

Dismantling of old unserviceable Steel tubular pole 9.00 metre long and removing from site complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and erection of steel tubular swaged pole 9.0mtr long complete with cast iron base plate , finial taper plug, bolts, nuts & screws as specified type 410 SP-31 in true vertical position, including providing blue and white strips with synthetic enamel paint 30 cm each alternatively upto 1.5 mtr above the copping of pole starting with blue strip including shifting of existing conductor, D clamps and other items from old pole to new pole complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
