01.Repairs & Renovation of West Facing School Building at Boganapalli PUM School H/o Peddanapalli Rs. 4.15 Lakhs

Earth work excavation for foundation in all class of soils except hard rock requirng blasting including cost and conveyance of all etc., complete

Cement concrete 1:4:8 mix using 40mm HBG metal including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges for mixing,laying and curing etc complete

Cement concrete 1:3:6 mix using 20mm HBG metal including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges for mixing,laying and curing etc complete for bed blocks

Supplying and erecting centering shuttering including necessary supports for plane surface in foundation and basement and in all floors for R C C column footing column plinth beam, beams, roof slabs, staircase steps, bed blocks, critical pier etcusing mild steel sheets of size 90 x 60 cm and 10 guage stiffened, welded with mild steel angles of size 25mmx25mmx3mm for boarding laid over silver oak (countrywood) scantlings of size 10cm x 6.5cm spaced of about 90cm centre to centre and supported by casurina props of 10cm to 13cm dia spaced at 75cm centre to centre complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by departmental officers including conveyance of all materials to site and proper centering etc complete.

Construction of Granular Sub base by providing well graded material (25 mm to 4.75 mm IRC HBG metal @ 65 %,4.75 to 2.36mm IRC HBG metal @20%&2.36 mm below IRC HBG metal @15%)& (the material passing 425 microns sieve shall have liquid limit and plasticity index not more than 25 & 6% repectively) spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface mixing by mix in place method with rotovator at OMC and compacting with three wheel 80-100 KN capacity and finished in accordance with the requirements of the specification and thickness as per approved plans or as directed by the Engineer (Mix -in - place method) .

Providing and laying of interlocking concrete block (surface texrured) pavements having thicknes 60mm and compacted over a tin beeding sand layer of 25mm hickness and joints shall be filled by sand of specified grading as per table 1500.6 of specification of rural roads -2014 and technical specification clause 1504. (paver blocks =30% use ) (using 30% of New bricks & 70% old bricks)
