Excavation in trenches in Soft / Loose soil not exceeding 1.5 metre wide and not exceeding 1.5 metre deep for laying of cables bottom surface to required gradient Complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches in hard/dense / Loose soil exceeding 1.5 metre wide and not exceeding 2 metre deep for foundation of pole Complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning filling including Spreading levelling watering and well ramming to excavated soil in layers not exc 25 cm thick Complete all as specified and as directed

Removing excavated material not exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5m above the starting point in soils Complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for river Sand Cushioning to cables a layer of 8 cm thick before laying the cable and second layer of 15 cm thick after laying the cable Complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Sand shall be measured after punned down.

Supplying and laying reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class LV, type 1 , flat , size 250mm x150mm x40mm all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for G.I. tubing light grade of size 50mm bore for protection of cables to be laid under roads crossings / culverts Complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying 50 Sqmm, 3½ Core LT UG cable XLPE insulated, armoured, heavy duty, 1100 Volts volts grade in trenches / walls / poles / passing through pipes with multistranded aluminium conductor including lugs / thimbles / ferrules connection, testing and commissioning Complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying 35 Sqmm, 3½ Core LT UG cable XLPE insulated, armoured, heavy duty, 1100 Volts volts grade in trenches / walls / poles / passing through pipes with multistranded aluminium conductor including lugs / thimbles / ferrules connection, testing and commissioning Complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Steel tubular swaged poles 8.5 metre long complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts and screws as specified type 410 SP-31 including two coats of silver painting over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed by Eng-in-Charge.

M &L for PCC (1:3:6) type C1 (using 20mm grade stone aggregate) as in copping to pole including necessary form work slightly rounding or squaring complete all as specified and as directed .

M & L for PCC 1:4:8 type D2 with (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) in foundation of poles all as specified and as directed

Supply and fixing moulded (FRP) junction box with IP 65 protection of size 230x170x105mm hinged type with 32 Amp 4 way heavy duty terminal block with 6Amp MCB SP and two number of cable entry gland of standard size with suitable stainless steel bracket to fix with pole complete all as directed

Supply and fixing LED street light fitting 90 Watt 230 V AC outdoor type with high pressure die cast aluminum hosing and heat resistant complete with driver, lamp bracket with impact and corrosion resistant including thermal management in multiple optics complete with IP 65/66 protection complete.

Earthing complete with galvanized iron or steel plate electrode 600 mm x 600 mm x 6.0 mm buried directly in ground vertically in pit of depth not less than 2.25 metre below normal ground level with top edge of the earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level surrounded from all sides with mixture of charcoal and common salt in alternate layers and electrode connected to GI wire 4mm dia by means of GI bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers, earth wire protected by galvanized steel pipe 15 mm bore (light grade) connected to machinery/ equipment all as shown in Electrical plate No. 3 of SSR-2009 Part I and including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil, 20 mm bore light grade GI pipe for watering funnel wire mesh, PCC (1:3:6), type C-1 chamber, RCC (1:2:4), type B-1, reinforced with 6 mm dia MS round bars @ 15 cm c/c both way for cover Complete all as specified.

Material and Labour for fabrication of GI pipe braket 32mm dia for street light fitting up to 1.5 mtr length with suitable size MS clamp with nuts and bolts all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Sub main wiring complete with 2 runs of 2.5 Sqmm single core PVC insulated heavy duty unsheathed cable 1100 Volts grade multistranded copper conductor drawn through and including 20mm dia PVC conduit and conduit accessories fixed in wall /roofs/poles etc including provn of PVC insulated heavy duty ISI marked unsheathed copper conductor cable 2.5 sqmm for earth continuity conductor for making connection from Jn box to street light fittings all as specfied and directed by Enge- in- charge. Note : 3 Runs of 2.5Sqmm cable and PVC conduit shall be measured as one unit.
