Necessary drive arrangement

1 No.- ASME stamped matching shell and tube water cooled condenser of M.S. shell and integrally finned copper tubes. Fouling factor 0.001 (FPS Unit). Pressure drop in condenser shall not exceed 20 ft of Wg.

1 No.- ASME stamped matching shell and tube DX / flooded type chiller for screw type units of MS shell and copper tubes. Fouling factor 0.0005 (FPS Unit). The pressureop in chiller shall not exceed 20 ft of Wg.

1 Lot- Refrigerant piping fittings, valves and accessories to inter connect compressor, condenser, chiller and expansion valve, sensing element for HP/LP/ Anti freez etc complete as required.

Lot- Refrigerant line accessories comprising of safety valves, angle valve, liquid line indications, liquid level control etc.

Lot- Water flow switches at inlet and outlet of condenser & chiller, water drain & air purge valves wherever required.

Lot- Suction line and chiller insulation with minimum 19mm thick polvinyl / nitrile rubber insulation finished with 0.63mm thick G.S.S. cladding complete as required.

Lot- Frame work (including victaulic couplings at the inlet & outlet of cooler & condenser; & painting of all components) for mounting the above condenser, chiller compressor and motor with base plate complete with antivibration pads/ springs.

Lot- Initial / first charge of refrigerant gas & compressor oil

Refrigerant piping shall be factory assembled as per the specifications.

Additional Safety Devices shall include Internal Thermostat for Compressor Motor, Fusible Plug, Discharge Gas Thermostat, Operation Hour-Meter etc.

Chilled Water Piping (Nitrile Rubber Insulation, Inside the Building)

Supplying, laying/ fixing, testing and commissioning of following nominal sizes of chilled water plumbing inside the building ( with necessary clamps, vibration isolators and fittings fittings like elbows, tees, reducers, bends, MS flanges but excluding valves, strainers, guages etc) duly insulated with following thickness cross linked close cell performed section of polyethylene insulation applied by adhesive to standard specificationand finally applying 0.63mm Aluminium sheet cladding complete with type3, grade I roofing felt strip (as per IS: 1322 as amended upto date) at the joints etc. as per specifications and repairing of damage to the building as required complete in all respect. Duct Insulation

Supplying and fixing of following thickness duly laminated aluminium foil of mat finish closed cell Nitrile rubber (class O) insulation on existing duct after applying two coats of cold setting adhesive (CPRX compoun) . The joint shall be sealed with 50 mm wide 3 mm thick self adhesive nitrile rubber tape insulation complete as per specification and as required.

Fire Dampers

Supplying, installation, testing & commissioning of fire dampers in supply air duct/ main branch/ return air duct as and where required of required size i/c control wiring as per specification as required.

Spring return type so as to close the damper in the event of power failure and open the same in case of power being restored. (To be used in conjunction with damper actuator) and also close in case of fire signal as required and as per specification.

Fusible link type as per UL- 555 (to be installed in return air path) of required size with fusible link. The damper shall have limit switch to switch off the AHU when damper shuts off.

Sub Head - "V" - Operation and Maintenance During Guarantee/ Warranty Period

Operation & maintenance (routine & preventive) of the high side & low side of the air-conditioning plant comprising of all the machinary, equipments installed in the AC Plant room including cooling towers in one shift during the defect liability period of one year as required as per maintenance schedule. (The rate shall be quoted on per month basis for 12 hrs ).
