Supply and fixing electric water heater (Geyser) storage type 25 ltr capacity vertical mounting type, BEE 5 Star rated, 230 V, 50Hz, 2000 watt with suitable size fastner including provision and connecting up suitable size and length of SS braided pipe with adaptor for inlet an outlet water connection. Geyser of ABS/ metal body water proof and rust proof, water resistance & splash proof (IPX4). inner tank superior glass line enamel coating single weld line, heavy duty magnesium anode rod, corrosion resistance, PUF insulation for radient heat loss and energy saving. Temprature gauge and adjustable knob for temperature setting, auto cut off, capillary thermostat, multiple safety system for protection against dry heating, over heating and over pressure, rated water pressure 8 bar, whirl flow technology, anti rust copper element, safety valve, NRV incl all fixing accessories all as specified and as directed:- Note : (i) Minimum 2 year warrenty on product. (ii) Minimum 3 year warrenty on heating element. (iii) Minimum 7 year warrenty on inner tank.

S&F Supply and fixing 15 mm bore, medium grade steel water tubing, galvanized, (ISI marked) with all fittings such as bends, elbows, tee, short pieces, diminishing pieces, cap and plugs laid wall and ceiling or laid in floor complete all as specified and directed.

S&F single pole and neutral sheet metal enclosure with a two pin and earth plug and socket complete with one number single pole MCB 20 Amps , 240 Volts complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for providing sub main wiring with two single core 4.00 Sqmm (nominal area) PVC Insulated FRLSH unsheathed multi stranded copper conductor cable 1100 volts grade drawing through PVC casing-capping including 4.00 Sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed multi stranded FRLSH single core copper conductor cable for earth wire. Note : (i) Three runs of single core 4.00 Sqmm multi stranded copper cable and one run of casing caping/ conduit shall be measured as one run length (ii) Extra length of cable required for connection to DBs/MCBs shall deem to be included in unit rate quoted by contractor against the item (iii) Earth wire run inside the casing capping.

S&F Exhaust fans made of sturdy Engineering plastic complete with louvers shutter, voltage 230V, 50 Hz, min RPM 1200, Copper winding of sweep 250mm and connecting up including louvers including making necessary opening on stone/brick masonry wall/steel or wooden window of suitable size, finishing it properly and making good with matching colour with the surroundings provision of cable 3 core of of suitable size from ceiling rose to fan complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Exhaust fans with louvers 300 mm sweep, 1400 RPM, Heavy duty single phase 240 Volts, AC 50 Hz, steel body and connecting up including louvers including making necessary opening on stone /brick masonry wall of suitable size, finishing it properly and making good with matching colour with the surroundings provision of cable 3 core of suitable size from ceiling rose to fan complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Point wiring complete as specified with 1100 volt grade 1.5 sq.mm. (nominal area) single core PVC insulated unsheathed cable multi-stranded copper conductor drawn through and including PVC casing and capping of suitable size but not less than 20mm, with all fittings, fixed on wall/ceiling /floor including sunken box/ metal flush box of suitable size for housing modular pattern switches/ sockets/ regulators etc. and duly earthed with same cable as for wiring above but green in colour as continuous earthing wire complete all as specified & directed for One Ex Fan point controlled by one, one way switch

S&F modular switch 6 Amp one way 1 module 230 V AC complete all as specified and directed.

S&F modular white cover plate with frame of 1 module/ 2 module for fixing of modular switeches/sockets etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F ceiling rose, three terminal, PVC/polycarbonate, isolated body, ISI marked complete all as specified and as directed.
