Providing and fixing circular/ Hexagonal cast iron or M.S. sheet box for ceiling fan clamp, of internal dia 140 mm, 73 mm height, top lid of 1.5 mm thick M.S. sheet with its top surface hacked for proper bonding, top lid shall be screwed into the cast iron/ M.S. sheet box by means of 3.3 mm dia round headed screws, one lock at the corners. Analysed & Approved Mian Panel(LS)Power Distribution Board (PDB at GL) - Supplying, designing, manufacturing, installation, testing, fitting, fixing and commissioning in correct alignment position, effecting proper connection of all incomers and outgoing of PDB panel of 16 SWG CRCA Sheet steel IP-54 floor mounting cubical type LT Panel suitable for operation on 415V, 50Hz, 3Ph, AC supply and fault level 35kA. Apporexmate size (Shall be given at the time of work order ) with front operated construction including seperate fabrication arrangement for fixing of switchgears and meters. The sheet steel under go minimum seven tanks treatement followed by finishing poder coating of minimum 60 microns thickness duly compart mentalized with locking arrangement duly fixed on base channel size 100mm X 75mm X 6mm having accessories mounted inside cubicale panel, earthing with 2 Nos. of earth studs. All opening shall be covered by soft rubber gaskit,enclosure shall be galvanished. Panel shall have suitable cable entry from top and bottom and suitable arrangement for multiruns aluminium cables for MCCB.

The panel includes 415V, 200A, 3Ph, 36KA, 50Hz Electrolytic Aluminium Bus Bar (E91EWP) Aluminium Earth Bus with removable glands plates, cable glands at sending and receiving ends, including connection with outgoing feeders complete in all respects. The electrolytic Aluminium bus bar of grade 63401 WP as per I:S 5082 of suitable length and insulated by heat shrinkable sleeves Red, yellow, Blue and Black as R Y B & N. The current density of bus bar shall be minimum 0.8 A / sq mm. All inter connections from main Bus Bar to MCCB up to 100A shall be with suitable size of Bus Bar and below 100A MCCB the interconnection shall be made with 4, 6 & 10 Sq mm PVC Cu. wire.
