Dismantling and taking down Aluminium strip fixed on roof, floor wall and taking out old saddles and refixing of existing serviceale aluminium strip on new porcelain saddles and connecting to earthing strip in original state all as specified and directed.Note : Alminium strip 25 x 3 mm will be measured and paid under relevent items of this schedule

Supply and fixing porcelain insulator along with screws, accessories on wall roof suitable for fixing aluminium strip of size 25 mm complete including taking down on PCC Block old unsv insulators complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix air termination single pointed aluminium rod 12 mm dia, 300 mm long fixed complete as specified and directed. Note : Cost of PCC block will be measured and paid separately Cost of minor jobs and spares required for fixing of aluminium rod on PCC block & for fixing Aluminium strip rod is deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

Supply and fix galvanized iron strip of size 32x 6 mm to be fixed on wall or to be laid in the ground , complete all as specified and including taking down from any position and any places and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply, fix aluminium strip 25x3.15 mm fixed on porcelian insulators and fixing screws etc complete strip fixed on roof, wall including down conductors strip etc, and all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting and removing old unserviceable earthing and material labour for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60cm x 60 cm x 6.00 mm thick burried directly in ground vertically toa depth not less than 2.25 mtr below ground level with top edge of earth plate at a depth of not less than 1.5 m below ground level connected to and including galvanized iron earth strip of size 32x6 mm by means of bolts, nuts , chucknut, and washer etc , made of GI and connecting to earth test point all as shown as electrical plate to 3 of SSR Pt -1 2009 an as specified or indicated and testing on completion including earth work and excavation in any type of soil PCC (1:3:6) type C-I earthing chamber, precast RCC slab 50 mm thick in cement concrete (:) type B1 reinforced with welded steel wire fabricated weight not less than 4 Kg/ Sqm . Funnel with GI watering pipe 20 mm bore medium grade wire mesh test point etc , complete all as specified.

Supply and fix test point terminal made of Gun Metal or phosphrus bronze size 75 x 75 x 75 mm long hex head screws including taking out all broken test point terminals from any position and any places.

Taking out old GI earthing strip of size 32x 6 mm embeded in earth and removing its bends and re-laying it properly making connectionto test point terminals etc and testing complete all as specified and directed. Note Minor material & jos required for connecting earthing strip to existing earthing strip & to the test point is deemed to e included in the quoted rate.

Demolition and taking out old damaged earth pit PCC chamber with cover. M& L for preparation of new PCC chamber in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 cover duly reinforced with XPM (weight not less than 4 Kg/sqm and CI frame and other provisions all as shown electrical plate No-3 of SSR-2009 Part-I complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches in any type of soil not exc 1.5 m wide and not exc 1.5 m depth and getting out including forming bottom surfaces to required level or slope, complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in excavated soil including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming, in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

M& L for laying GI tubes light grade, 40 mm dia for protection of earth continuity leads.

Note : Items 1 to 12 The contractor has to makke his own arrangement for provision of electricity and water.
