REP MAINT OF EXTERNAL ELECTRIC SUPPLY SYS LT PANELS EARTHING LT UG CABLE LT CABLE JOINT AND CONNECTED ITEMS AT INS SHIVAJI LONAVLA

Excavation in trenches not exc. 1.5m wide and not exc 1.5m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil for laying of cable trenches all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per item No.01 Here in before but in hard dense soil

Returning filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layer not exc 25cm all as specified by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removal of surplus soil (excavated soil) to distance not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5m above the starting point and all specified by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for providing dry river sand / crush stone dust for cushioning to UG cable including punning down of sand in layers all as specified by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- Cushioning will be measured and paid after punning down.

Supply and laying factory cast, unreinforced precast concrete cable cover factory made embossed the mark “LT CABLE” class LV type1 flat size 250x150x40 mm laid in trenches as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down under ground 1.1 KV (E) Grade LT cable of size upto 10 sqmm to 300 sqmm 3.5/4 Core from pole/trenches/walls / ducts etc., for carrying out repairs , relaying, rerouting, laying back through same / different route after carrying out repair all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge at site. Note:- excavation will be measured and paid separately under relivent items.

Supply laying and testing in replacement cable XLPE insulated screened beded,galvanized steel strip armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volt grade wiyh stranded aluminium conductor of size 50 sq mm 3,1/2 core. Including taking down old unserviceable cable any size by dismantling of all electrical connection etc all as diercted by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per item No 8 here-in-before but of size 35 sq mm 4 core.
