Steel reinforcement for all RCC items including decoiling, cutting, hooking, bending, cranking, fabricating to required shape, placing in position and tying the system with soft drawn annealed GI binding wire of diameter not less than 1.00mm with 2 strands etc; complete all as per specifica- tions at all heights (binding wire will not be measured for payment). Mix ratio specified is for Cement : fine aggregate as per IS: 383 : graded hard granite stone aggregate. IN FOUNDATION AND PLINTH / SUB-BASE TO FLOORS. PCC 1:1.5:3 (Using fine aggregate (Crushed stone sand produced by crushed hard stone / rock as per IS: 383))

Providing and laying in position REINFORCEDCEMENT CONCRETE using graded hard granitestone aggregate of 20mm nominal size obtainedfrom approved quarry including mechanicalmixing, vibrating, compaction, finishing, curing,etc.; complete all as per specifications but excluding the cost of form works and steel reinforcement. (Rate to include labour for keeping embedment if any, wherever required whilecasting). Mix ratio is specified is for cement : fine aggregate as per IS: 383 : graded stone aggregate. Removing the existing stone slab of 40 to 50 mm thick flooring and Re laying the same, the joints should filled with cement concrete 1:3:6 and the surface should be neatly levelled, proper compactions for stone and earth for settling etc complete all as per directions of Engineer - In - Charge

Providing and constructing SIZE STONE MASONRY using hard granite stones obtained from approved quarry with edges of stones hammer dressed in courses not less than 20cm with bond stones at 2m apart in each course including curing, raking out joints and simultaneously flush pointing with the same mortar etc.; complete all as per specifications IN FOUNDATION AND PLINTH. (The mix ratio specified is for Cement : fine aggregate as per IS: 2116) In Cement Mortar 1:6 {Using fine aggregate (Crushed stone sand produced by crushed hard stone / rock as per IS: 2116)}

Disposal of building rubbish / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved.
