Taking down old unserviceable old damaged and S/F new LED Solar street light fitting 36 Watt including galvanized steel pole in built, lithium ion battery, solar panel, charge controller with dusk down sensor complete all as specified.

Taking down old unserviceable old damaged and S/F new tubular battery of not less than 200 AH fully charged 12 volts complete all as specified.

Servicing of battery of solar light and draining out diluted electrolite and provision of new electrolite and recharge upto the satisfaction of engineeer in charge.

Supply and replacement out door type PVC water proof battery cover for 180 AH tubular type battery solar light to cover the surrounding of battery and top also complete including connected accessories complete all as specified.

Supply and fixing connectors, converters to make the solar light completely functional connected with battery including any other accessories complete all as specified by engineer in charge

Supply and fixing in repair LED street light fitting 35 Watt 230 V AC outdoor type with high pressure die cast aluminum hosing and heat resistant complete with driver, lamp bracket with impact and corrosion resistant including thermal management in multiple optics with IP 65/66 protection complete.

Supply and fixing in repair LED driver for 45 watt LED street light fitting complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair LED Surge Arrester(SRPS 5K 440) for 45 watt LED street light fitting complete all as specified.

Taking down old unserviceable old damaged GI pipe and S/F new GI pipe light grade of size 40mm dia for protection of UG cable on walls/under floors/road crossings/in trenches complete all as specified

Material and labour for Earthing complete using copper plate 60 × 60 cm × 3.15 mm thick electrode and 20×3mm copper strip as earthing lead and GI protection Pipe as protection 15 mm pipe and alternate 5 layers of charcoal (250 Kg) & salt crystal (200Kg) and top two inches layers with Back filling compound (100 Kg), all as specified. buried directly underground vertically (earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate at a depth not less than 1.5m below ground level connected with and by means of GI bolts and nuts,check nuts,washers and copper earth strip protected by GI pipe light grade 40 mm bore upto 7.5 mtr and connecting to earth terminal/ test point etc as per site requirement including necessary excavation, earth work in any type of soil PCC (1:3:6) type C1 chamber and 40 mm thick RCC Cover with 6 mm dia MS bars 10 cm C/C on both ways as reinforcement complete all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of MES Schedule Part 1 including watering pipe 20 mm dia medium grade with funnel and with mesh , refiling soil all as specified. Note:(i) Quoted rate deemend to include necessary earth work PCC chamber, RCC cover, reinforcement removal of surplus soil , site clearance etc. (ii) GI earth strip , GI tubing light grade upto 7.5m deemed to be included in the rate quoted by the contractor. (iii) Beyond 7.5 mtr the copper earth strip20X3 mm & GI pipe light grade 40 mm dia shall be measured under relevant item of the schedule. (iv) Quotated rate include testing after completion from test point and the desired earth resistance shall be not more than 2 ohm .If the desired result is not obtained the earthing will be re done by the contractor at no extra cost.

Material and labour for Earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried inground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc. as required 4mm dia galvanised iron or steel wire

Supply and fixing in repair MCB SP 6 to 32 Amp complete all as specified.

Supply and fixing in repair Cable with copper conductor PVC round sheathed (flexible) industrial cable 2.5 sqmm complete all as specified.
