Dismantling of Brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone-work and precast concrete articles complete all as specified.

Material & Labour for brick work with sub class 'B' Bricks straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:4 as in wall/ manholes/drain etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone wall etc including raking out joints , hacking for key, scrubing down with water etc. complete all as specified.

M&L for 15 mm thick cement plaster on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4, to be finished even and smooth without using extra cement with water proofing compound by weight as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and directed. (WPC will be paid separately).

Supply only integral water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8, Type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation filling and mass concrete.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded aggregates as in surfaces channels and drains complete all as specified.

Cutting into existing manholes for connecting new drains, of 150 mm bore pipe, making good to pipe and rendering, cutting out existing benching for and forming branch channel (1/2 round or 3/4 section) in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1, smooth finished, reforming benching as required, complete all as specified.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises

M&L Non Skid ceramic tiles 7 to 10 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile not exceeding 0.11 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match and including screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15mm thick in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for glazed ceramic coloured tiles in vertical surface 300 x 200 x 7 mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match over 10 mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1:3 complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning of blockage of bathroom kitchen by cleaning Nahani traps gully traps and removing of all the mud/sludge and getting out washing thoroughly grating of trap CI waste pipes by opening the cleaning eyes and depositing the sludge in a pit of suitable size at a distance exceeding 50 meters from the gully trap and converting the same with the soil obtained from the excavation and earthwork complete all as specifed and as directed by Engineer-in-charge (The quoted rate include for keeping particular bathroom kitchen undertaken once for cleaning functional for suite contract period. Note:- (i) The contractor to provide 04 skilled labour for (02 for sewage cleaning labour and other two assist as a helper) and this authorised representative shall be coiled the complaints and all blockage from the complaints cell/JE daily and all complaints will be rectified by the contractor with the same day and return the complaint slip after completion of complaint and get recieved from the concerned JE/Engr-in-Charge. If he fails to complete the work with in same day, same day the recovery will be done @Rs300/- per complaint/per day. (ii) work shall be foul condition necessary/Equipments to be adopted by the contractor any damage cause during cleaning shall be made good by the contractor to the entire satisfaction at the Engr-in-Charge without any extra cost to the govt.

Cleaning of sludge from septic tank, soakage well and manhole etc of any capacity and depth by dewatering, taking out mud/ sludge/quid, getting out and removing & depositing the sludge , complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Septic tank and soakage well be cleaned by Mechanical Vehicle (Tanker) and Dewatering/Sludge to be thrown away outside of defence area.

M&L for cleaning of blocked sewage line, any type of dia in horizontal or vertical position from manhole to manhole drain pipes. Note:- Cleaning of sewage line of any type and dia or bore upto any depth by removing all filts/silts, foreign material and other deposits whatever completely and making the line free from all obstacles and tyesting the flow of sewer line evently, smoothly by filling water. The cleaning operation will be carried out in suitable length by blocking the first and last manhole of sewer line and removing the silt/sludge & deposits out side of defence land in covered van/Trolly all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Cleaning of Manhole of any description, any size and depth incl taking out sludge and depositing them to notified area by Municipal Corp of Udhampur for dumping or out side defence land complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for demolition of existing old septic tank and soakage well of any size incl demolition of brick work PCC and refill the same up to the existing ground level with good soil complete all as specified and directed.

Construction of septic tank for 100 users (Brick constructions) complete all as specified and as shown on drawing No. CEUZ/TD/1202/03 sheet 1/2 & 2/2 dated 14/10/2014 and 11/05/2007 respectively.

Construction of soakage well 1.80m dia and 4.50m deep (internal dimensions) (Brick construction), complete all as specified and as shown on drawing No. CEUZ/TD/1202/03 sheet 1/2 & 2/2 dated 14/10/2014 and 11/05/2007 respectively.

S & F in repairs Vitreous china squatting pan ‘Orissa’ pattern, size 580 x 440 mm, coloured, with integral foot rests, fixed in repairs including provision of lime concrete bedding complete.Squatting pan including connection to S or P trap, and to flushing pipe, anti-syphonage pipe, etc. complete including making good to floor complete.

S & F in repairs 10 litres capacity PVC valveless, syphonic action type, flushing cistern, low level, white, with inlet, ball valve, float and handle including brackets, 32 mm PVC flush pipes of polyethylene of low or high density for low level cistern to any type of pan including all joints complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repairs vitreous china urinal, bowl type flat back, size 465 x 355 x 265 mm white (minimum), includind poviding and fixing plugs, bedding urinal against wall in cement mortar 1:2, securing urinal to plugs with and including 60 mm long brass screws , pointing around urinal back in cement with grating and union for discharge pipe (excluding flushing cistern, flush pipe and waste pipe) complete all as specified and directed
