M&L for cleaning of RCC over head reservoirs by brooming down all the side walls, bottom and top, removing fungus, scales dirt sludge etc. from inside and depositing the same at a distance not more than 100 mtrs after emptying the tank completely and washing the tank inside with water and chemicals such as bleaching powder, costic soda etc and one coat of cement base paint (snocem) on external surface of the tank and writing date of cleaning in white capital letters on black back ground, size of letters 80 x 10mm with sythetic enamel paint and marking the direction of flow and painting all inlets, outlets, washouts and overflow pipes with one coat of black bituminous paint complete including draining of excess water in tank by providing pump as specified for 2.10 Lakh Gallons capacity, 40 Ft staging including arresting the leakages and removing growths on OHT walls complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for construction of valve chamber with 15cm thick PCC foundation 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) and 15cm thick hard core 20cm fly ash masonary work built in CM (1:6) 15mm thick internal & external plastering in CM (1:4), MS sheet cover 5mm thick including 50 x 50 x 5mm MS angle frame fixed in coping of PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) making hole in valve chamber cover as per sluice valve location inside the valve chamber for insertion of MS rod of 12mm dia of 1.5m long along with valve spindle cap, properly welded to MS rod with locking arrangement & painting with one coat of red oxide primer & two coats of black bituminous paint as specified including demolition of unserviceable Valve Chambers of size 1200 x 1200 x 1200mm with chamber covers complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 14 above but for 1000 x 1000 x 1000mm size valve chamber complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for pumping out water, removing the sediments and mud, algae from the swimming pool, deep diving sump, lime tank and balancing tank (fresh water inflow tank), aeriation foundation, old used bleaching waste, etc by using electric/ diesel driven pumpset to clean the walls, floors / ducts / channel and aerator complete including suface of glazed tiles, painted and cemented surfaces by using scrappers, brushes and other mechanical equipments, washing the surfaces with clean water with applying acids and other detergents and drying in open, scrubbing the rusted part and removing the old paint completely and painting of suction and delivery pipes and pump motor including the base frame sluice valves angles frame stairs with esisting colour code, MS top of the clear water sump with black colour by applying one coat of primer and two coats of synthetic enamal paint, painting and numbering on the cubical pillars on either end of the pool in black colour letters on white back ground with synthetic enamel paint of existing size after scratching out the old painted surfaces complete all as specified and directed. Note:- The tenderers are advised to visit the site to know the exact condition before quoting the rate.

Taking out old unserviceable MS ladder and S&F stainless steel ladder for the OHT, UG sump for full length of the sump and tank in one piece with support as per site requirement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for painting of different sizes of climbing ladder including support at various OHT installations, bottom to top removing old faded colour and removing the rusted part as per colour code with one coat of primer and two coats of synthetic enamel black paint complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out unserviceable CI air release valve and S&F in repairs CI air release valve of 50mm dia, PN 1.0 complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out unserviceable CI sluice valve, 150mm bore, double flanged from the existing pipe line by unscrewing nuts, bolts and removing of rubber gasket joints including de-watering work required for working pipe complete all as specified and directed.

S&F sluice valve, 150mm bore, flanged and drilled, type PN-1.6, ISI marked with CI hand wheel and stainless steel spindle of IS-14846 bronze rings complete with jointing and jointing materials such as bolts, nuts, washers and rubber gaskets complete all as specified and directed. Make:- Kirloskar Brothers Limited or equivalent.

Dismatling/ taking out exsisting unserviceable water level indicator from over head reservoir/ UG sumps and S&F new digital water level indicator consisting of probe magnetic level sensor components within the probe tube stainless steel stem (SS-304) the length of the probe based on height of the tank upto 3meter height and microprocessor based digital ievel indicator, digit size 100mm, monitoring in 10stages, wire and cable required from probe unit to display unit appx 60 RM, of over head tanks / under ground sump of any capacity complete all as specified and directed. Make:- Active Controls or equivalent.

Taking out unserviceable pressure gauge/ vaccume gauge & S&F pressure gauge with nipple, 0-14 kgs rating, bourdons' tube type complete all as specified and directed. Make:- H Guru or equivalent.

M&L for cleaning of equalisation sewage tank for 400 KLD STP by cleaning entire internal surface by removing dirt, sludge etc with wire brush by applying bleaching power and fresh water, and cleaning entire surface repeatedly with fresh water and draining out soiled water including using pressure jet pump and suction pump capacity of pool surface complete using acid and other suitable methods before filling as required at site complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Quoted rates shall include using fresh water for cleaning & sludge cutter pump for removing of sludge from tank of STP and de-watering as per the contractor arrangement.

M&L for cleaning of MBBR Reactor Tank - 02 Nos, Tube Settler Tank - 01 Nos & sewage tank - 01 Nos for 400 KLD STP by cleaning entire internal surface by removing dirt, sludge etc with wire brush by applying bleaching power and fresh water and cleaning entire surface repeatedly with fresh water and draining out soiled water including using pressure jet pump and suction pump capacity of pool surface complete using acid and other suitable methods before filling as required at site complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Quoted rates shall include for using fresh water for cleaning & sludge cutter pump for removing of sludge from tank of STP and de-watering as per the contractor own arrangement.

M&L for cleaning of Hypo Solution Tank, Treated Water Tank & Sludge Holding Tank for 400 KLD STP by cleaning entire internal surface by removing dirt, sludge etc with wire brush by applying bleaching power and fresh water and cleaning entire surface repeatedly with fresh water and draining out soiled water including using pressure jet pump and suction pump capacity of pool surface complete using acid and other suitable methods before filling as required at site complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Quoted rates shall include using fresh water for cleaning & sludge cutter pump for removing of sludge from tank of STP and de-watering as per the contractor own arrangement.

Taking out use less filter media & refilling or replacement of filter media (pabble) for STP of 400 KLD size of DMF 1200mm dia x 1800mm height complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Quoted rates shall include for cleaning of vessel by using high jet pressure pump or using chemical to clean the filter.

M&L for replacement of unserviceable media for tube settler tank (tube deck media) for 400 KLD, tube deck media shall be hexagonal shape made of PVC with cross sectional area, horizontal 120mm & vertical 44mm, tongue & groove type thickness 1mm (+ 0.1mm black colour), maximum temperature 55 degree celcius complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for fabrication, any type of MS pipe with flange, angle iron frame for valve chambers, cover made out of MS sheet of 5mm thickness and angle iron of 50 x 50mm size with drilled hole and grouting in existing brick work with handles for opening of valves and with locking arrangement, making hole in valve chamber cover for insertion of MS rod of 12mm dia along with valve spindle cap properly welded to MS rod complete all as specified and directed.
