Taking down existing unsv electric motor 3 phase, 415 volts, 50 HZ , capacity 1.5 to 3 KW motor of any make after disconnecting all electrical connection and shift to workshop for repair. Dismantling the motor , removing old burnt winding, cleaning the slots, checking and setting the stampings, providing a coat of insulating warnish, rewinding with super enamelled copper conductor winding wire of suitable gauge, packing the slots with insulating sleeves. drying in controlled temperature, re-assembling the motor with new set of bearings and connecting with its original place.

Taking down existing unsv Pump 3 phase, 415 volts, 50 HZ , capacity 1.0 to 3 HP pump of any make, shift to civil workshop for repair including all electrical connection and refixing the same on its original position incl testing.

Material and labour for draining out old engine/lubrication oil from chamber of the DG sets, cleaning of chamber thoroughly and filling new engine/lubrication oil of grade 20W40 complete all as specified and directed.

If the contractor fail the repair of DG set within perioud, the penality should be paid 250/per hours to department. (ii) Any minor material/spare reqd for proper functioning wheather not cover in CA Contractor will provide the same for functioning of D G set.

Material and labour for servicing/repair of AMF Panel of DG Set up to 250 KVA capacity for smooth functioning of the same with renewal / repair of AMF panel, wiring control timer, engine starting relay, contact point repal, AMF relay, HRC fuse of existing rating etc complate for DG sets installed at various pockets under AGE E/M Ojhar all as specified and as directed. Note:- The rate quoted by the contractor shall be deemed to included the cost of spares/relays or any other part not mentioned herein but essential required to make the AMF panel completely functional and no extra payment shall be made for the same.
