Disconnecting and dismantling of open type compressor of central air conditioning plant cap 60 TR (2X30 TR) reinstalled in its position with correct alignment after cleaning, over hauling,grinding, testing and commissioning of compressor crank case make: ACCEL model No. SMC 8/65 including grinding and polishing of crank shaft and replacement of defective compressor parts reassembling the compressor after over hauling, charging the compressor fresh oil, start & testing the compressor net oil, off load & full load testing completely up to entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. [Note for Item Ser Nos 3 to 4 :- (i) Breakdown Time :-Contractor will be totally responsible for preventive maintenance, timely repair of any breakdown within 24 Hours from the time of intimation, failing which recovery will be made at the rate of Rs. 1000/- per day. The decision of the Accepting Officer will be final and binding. (ii) In case if the contractor fails to rectify/ repair the plant within a period of seven days, another agency may be engaged by the dept and the actual amount paid will also be recovered from the bill of contractor in addition].

M&L for replacement of fire damper suitable for fixing inside chilled air duct of AC plant and made out of 0.6 mm stainless steel sheet fixed with fusible wire to close the duct opening in case of fire and conforming to IS all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
