Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil not exceeding 1.5 Metre wide & not exceeding 1.5 M in depth for foundation, laying of pipes and for inpendent pier holes etc not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan & not exceeding 1.5 Metre in depth and getting out, including trimming the sides and forming bottom surfaces to required levels, complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in trenches including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming the approved earth after removal of grass, vegetation, saplings etc in layers not exceeding 25cm thick after laying of pipe, etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Removing surplus excavated material (soil) to a distance not exceeding 50M and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 meter above the starting point, complete all as specified and directed..

M&L for horizental boring of holes in soil n exc 1.5m below existing roads, pavement, hard standing by trenchless technology using ultra sound technique and necessary machine for passing DI pipe of 150/ 100 mm bore without damaging the existing road, pavement, hardstanding, also including getting out the soil etc and dispose off the same to a distance not exceeding 50 metre from the site of the work, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregates) as in foundations, fillings & mass concrete, PCC making good road/path, supports to rest the pipe line at/ below ground level, including use & waste of necessary form work, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregates) as in foundations, fillings, mass concrete, sub base below the PCC supports PCC supports to rest the pipe line at/ below ground level, including use & waste of necessary form work, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up existing 15mm bore GI/PPR Pipe Line and connections (including all fittings) (from trenches/Wall/Floor etc), complete all as specified and as directed. Notes:- (i) Excavation & earth work shall be measured and paid for separately. (ii) The payment for Excavation & earth work shall be paid for one time in case the location of old pipes and newly pipes to be provided under relevant items here-in-after, is same.

All as per item No 7 above, but 20 mm bore, complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No 7 above, but 25 mm bore, complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No 7 above, but 40 mm bore, complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No 7 above, but 50 mm bore, complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No 7 above, but 80 mm bore, complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking up existing 100mm bore GI/PPR/CI Pipe Line and connections (including all fittings) (from trenches/Wall/Floor etc), complete all as specified and as directed. Notes:- (i) Excavation & earth work shall be measured and paid for separately. (ii) The payment for Excavation & earth work shall be paid for one time in case the location of old pipes and newly pipes to be provided under relevant items here-in-after, is same.

Taking up existing 150mm bore CI/DI Pipe Line and connections (including all fittings) (from trenches/Wall/Floor etc), complete all as specified and as directed. Notes:- (i) Excavation & earth work shall be measured and paid for separately. (ii) The payment for Excavation & earth work shall be paid for one time in case the location of old pipes and newly pipes to be provided under relevant items here-in-after, is same.

Supply, laying & testing for 15 mm bore Galvanized Iron pipe confirming to IS-1239 (Part-1)2004, Medium Grade, Tubing with and including Galvanized Iron Fittings (such as Sockets, Bends, Tees, Elbows, Union etc) in trenches/ over the ground surfaces etc, complete all as specified and directed. Notes :- (i) Payment for, Excavation & Earth work shall be measured & paid for separately. (ii) The payment for Excavation and earth work shall be paid for one time in case the location of old pipes to be taken down vide relevant items here-in-before and newly pipes to be provided vide above item, is same.

Supply, laying & testing for 110 mm outer diameter, Confirming to IS-15801 : 2008, 3 layer PP-R (polypropylene random co-polymer) pipes SDR 11 (PN-10) (outer green coloured UV stabilized, middle black coloured UV stabilized and innermost layer white coloured with anti-microbial property) fusion welded having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply, including all PP-R plain & brass threaded Polypropylene random fittings such as flanges, elbows, bends, sockets, tee etc as required at site, in trenches/ over the ground surfaces etc, complete all as specified and directed. Notes :- (i) Payment for Excavation & Earth work shall be measured & paid for separately. (ii) The payment for Excavation and earth work shall be paid for one time in case the location of old pipes to be taken down vide relevant Items here-in-before and newly pipes to be provided vide above item, is same. (iii) The wall thickness of the pipes shall be as per IS-15801.

All as per item No 29.00 here-in-before but 90mm outer diameter pipes.

All as per item No 29.00 here-in-before but 63mm outer diameter pipes.

Supply, laying & testing for 150 mm bore in trenches/ on the concrete supports/in vertical postition/ alongwith the wall / on the surfaces of floor etc, centrifugally cast (spun) Ductile Iron Pressure Pipes, class K-7, in standard lengths, with Socket & Spigot Ends, confirming to IS: 8329/2000 (with updated errata/amendments) with EPDM rubber gasket joints confirming to IS 5382/1985 and cement mortar lining inside the pipes& outside Zinc coating with finished layer of black bitumen/blue epoxy coating, as per manufacturer's instructions, complete all as specified and directed . Note :- (i) Payment for DI fitings, Excavation & Earth work, PCC in foundation/sub-base/supports shall be measured & paid for separately.

All as per Item No 33.00 above, but 100 mm bore, complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting out existing CI/DI pipe line of any size, inserting tee reducer upto 150mm including suitable joint- 03 Nos complete all as directed. (Note :- DI/CI fitting will be measured and paid seperatly).

S&F CI/DI fittings confirmng to IS-9523/2000, class K12 bends (any type, radius and angel) tapers any type (straingh, bend, increasing, decreasing or double socket etc) tee pieces single brancehs 'Y' junction double branch, cross (all socket or socket and spigot) collars, caps and plugs for upto 150mm bore all as specified and directed. Note :- Make of fittings & DI pipe should be from same manufacturer.

Supply, Fixing and Testing, ISI marked (with IS No 14846-2000), heavy duty, class PN -1, CI body Sluice Valve, with SS spindle and one number hand wheel for 80mm bore pipe/fittings, with both ends flanged duly jointed at both ends with and including jointing materials i.e rubber gasket, bolts, nuts, washers etc of suitable size, also including dismantling and taking out of existing unserviceable sluice valve from pipe line, complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 38.00 here-in-before but for 100mm bore.

Supply, Fixing and Testing, ISI marked (with IS No 14846-2000), heavy duty, class PN -1.6, CI body Sluice Valve, with SS spindle and one number hand wheel for 100mm bore pipe/fittings, with both ends flanged duly jointed at both ends with and including jointing materials i.e rubber gasket, bolts, nuts, washers etc of suitable size, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for construction of brick masonary valve chamber (Type VI : with Internal size 1200x1200x1200mm), complete in all respects as shown on Drawing No. TD/80/10, and also dismantling of existing valve chamber/valve pit, disposing off the rubish, debris etc outside the premises, complete all as specified and directed. Notes :- (a) The internal size of the Valve Chamber shall be deemed to be amended to read as mentioned above in lieu of the size shown in the drawings for "The Type of valve Chamber" as mentioned here-in above. (b) Thickness of the wall of the valve chamber shown in the drawing shall be deemed to be amended to the thickness for one brick thick wall using the bricks as specified in the Particular Specifications. (c) The valve chamber shall be constructed with the following specifications and as mentioned/shown on the drawing :- (i) PCC Lean Concrete/Foundation : 1:4:8, type D-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregates). (ii) Brick work in CM 1:4. (iii) Internal surfaces i.e internal surfaces of lean concrete, brick work and external surfaces of brick work/concrete (upto 15 Centimetre below the ground level) shall be plastered with 15mm thick in CM 1:4, finished even & smooth without using extra cement. (iv) Excavation & Earth work in soft/loose soil and disposing of the surplus soil/earth 50 metres away from the premises. (v) PCC for coping etc : 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone Aggregates). (vi) Steel & Iron work as per drawings duly painted with 2 coats of Anti-corrosive paint over 1 coat of red oxide primer. (vii) Rest all as shown on drawing and as directed.

S&F Gun metal, globe or gate valves, with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe of 20 mm bore, also including dismantling & taking out existing unserviceable one, complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No 42.00 above but for 25mm bore .

All as per item No 42.00 above but for 40mm bore.

S&F in repair 20 mm Ball valves high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated Aluminium rod & high-density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe and fixed. (Minimum weight 15mm-142 gms/ 20mm-210 gms/25mm-455gms/ 40mm- 690 gms) etc complete all as specified and as directed.
