EXTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION

Supply, install, testing and commisioning of Distribution transformer stepdown Level 3 , 11KV0.433KV , Three Phase complying with IS: 1180/IEC-76(Part-1) 2014 with latest amendments , Indoor type double copper wound suitable for 50 Hz system of capacity 200 KVA, oil immersed naturally cooled delta connected on HT side and Star connected on LT side ,Vector Group Dyn11, provided with OFF load tap changer to vary secondary voltage from -7.5% to + 7.5 % in steP of 2.5 %. Losses should be confined to the limits specified as follows: :maximum allowable losses at full load (100 % ) & Half Load ( 50 % )shall not be exceeded 1.35 % & 0.93 % Respectivly as per GRlHA RATING, Percentage Impedance: 5%. Losses and Impedance are subjected to tolerance as specified in IS 1180. Note :- (a) The Contractor shall Employ General mechanic/Electrician/FGM having minimum ITI qualification from Govt Recognised institute with adequate knowledge & minimum 2 years experience in maint/operation of lift installations. The operator must competent to carry out the minor maint all as directed. (TOTAL number of operators required per day are 02 nos.) (b) Contractor shall pay the wages to the employees through e-payment i.e Adhaar linked bank accounts (credit to their bank account). Engineer-in-charge shall ensure that e-payment made to employees and their wages shall not be less than minimum wages fixed by state Govt or Central Govt whichever is more. Monthly e-banking statement shall be furnished by the contractor to the Eng.-in-charge and the same shall be kept in record duly verified. (c) It is the responsibility of contractor to deposit the employees provident fund (EPF) to the concerned authority as per the prevaling scales as laid down by Ministry of labour for all operator/helper (as appliable) and necessary proof to this regard shall be submitted to the Engineer-in-charge for verification & record. The quoted rates shall be deemed to be included of above provisions. In case contractor fails to produce the proof of EPF, the same shall be recovered from his dues as per the prevailing scale plus 15 percent.

(d) The contractor shall maintain all the registers under various labour law rules, 2017 and shall be produced to the Engineer-in-Charge as well as officers detailed by central labour department. (e) Each shift duration shall be 8 hours & duty timing will be decided by Eng.-in-Charge. (f) The unit rate quoted shall deemed to be included for cost of labour for daily routine maintenance for trouble free functioning of installation. (g) In case of any abnormal noise/ complaint the plant should be put off and same should be brought to the notice of Eng.-in-charge. (h) The operator employed by the contractor shall be capable of carrying out minor repair/ maintenance & should have well experience in lift installation as applicable. . (j) The quoted rate is deemed to be inclusive of cotton waste, cleaning material etc. & Contractor will ensure general area cleanliness and upkeep of the installation on daily basis. (k) The quoted rate is deemed to be inclusive of tools & testing instruments required for operation & maintenance of lift installation. (l) The rate quoted shall deemed to be inclusive of safety gear & required tools for minor maintenance. In case of failure to provide tools kit & safety kit (spanner sets, hand gloves), a penalty of Rs 3000/- will be recovered and levied

(q) The Contractor shall not employ same tradesman continuously for more than 11 months during the Contract period. (r) The contractor shall provide 02 uniforms to each operator and design of uniform shall be got approved. In case of failure, a penalty of Rs 2000/- per uniform will be levied and recovered from their dues. (s) In case of failure due to absence of operative staff, the contractor shall be liable to pay compensation at twice the cost of a day’s Manning & Operation derived from pro rata rate of Sch ‘A’ quoted rates. (t) The Contractor shall maintain proper records of all kinds of daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, half yearly and yearly or whatsoever maint is carried out during contract period in a binded book / register and shall obtain the signature of Engineer-in-Charge every fortnightly. (u) The contractor shall provide board at proper location near each installations duly writing the name of operators and Mobile Numbers shiftiest.
