ITEM NO. 1 : Cutting holes in brick walls in cement mortar for inserting holdfasts and making good dismantled portion in cement mortar 1:3 or cement concrete 1:2:4 Type B-1 as required depth of embedded portion of holdfasts or lugs measured from the face of the jamb into the wall exc. half brick but not exc. one brick, removing surplus serviceable bricks, hard-core, etc and rubbish not exc. 50 mtr from site complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

ITEM NO. 2 : Cutting grooves in brick wall, 75mm wide and 65mm deep and shaping horizontal face of groove with cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

ITEM NO.3 : Demolition of cement concrete (reinforced) (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) as in roofs, floors (other than ground floors) beams, slabs, staircases, landing, chajjas and similar suspended work complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

ITEM NO.4 : Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

ITEM NO.5 : Taking down Cement plaster on brick or stone walls incl raking out joints hacking for key & scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed

ITEM NO.6 : Demolition of Cement concrete unreinforced as in Ground Floor,paving n. exc. 15cm thick (above or below G.L.) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete including disposal of unservicable rubbish outside Cantt area all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

ITEM NO.7 : Demolition of Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc of any description or thickness, laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

ITEM NO.8 : Taking down chowkhats or frames n.exc 1.5 sqm each (without taking off shutter from the frame) and removing from the site including dismantling brick work of hold fasts complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

ITEM NO.9 : Taking down chowkhats or frames exc 1.5 sqm but n.exc 4 sqm each (without taking off shutter from the frame) and removing from the site including dismantling brick work of hold fasts etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

ITEM NO.10 : Taking down shutters of any description n exc 1 Sqm each and removing from the site complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

ITEM NO.11 : Taking down shutters of any description exc 1 Sqm and not exc 2 Sqm each and removing from the site complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

ITEM NO.12 : Taking down of shutter any description exc 1 Sqm and not exc 2 Sqm and refixing in the same opening after easing, complete all as specified and directed.

ITEM NO.13 : Dismantling structural steel work including doors, gates but excluding framed truss etc,including erection and refixing of old framed steel work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc, complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and fixing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

ITEM NO.14 : Dismantling framed steel trusses not exc 10 mtr span including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and fixing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

ITEM NO.15 : Dismantling/Taking down wooden roof trusses, coupled rafters or trussed beams framed steel trusses exc 4 metres but not exc 8 metres complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

ITEM NO.16 : Taking down of Eaves gutter/rain water pipe( AC rain water pipe /SWG pipe line of any size or pattern), including all fittings, heads, shoes, bends, swan-necks, etc., including cleaning or refixing or removal to Store (measured overall as fixed along the centre line over fitting and accessories) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

ITEM NO.17 : Taking up or down steel tubing and connections of 15mm bore in pipe, including removal from site complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

ITEM NO.18: Taking up or down steel tubing and connections of 20mm bore in pipe, including removal from site complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

ITEM NO.19 : Cutting chases, pinning in, making good to facings where required and pointing in cement mortar 1:3 to ends or edges of landings, steps, cills, sunshades, shelves, lintels, etc.; and cutting chases for concealed water tubing or concealed Conduit(TV/Tele Socket) etc., and making good, cutting not exc 10cm girth and complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

ITEM NO.20 : Disconnecting existing tanks, setting aside (or lowering if required) for cleaning, etc. including cleaning and removing all scale and dirt, etc, from tanks and from mouths of circulating pipes, etc.and and re-fixing in position complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

ITEM NO.21 : Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar incl all quions arches, pillar or any other description etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

ITEM NO.22 : Dismantling of brick or terracing tiles of single layers on roofs incl removal from site, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

ITEM NO.23 : Demolition of mud roof any thickness (whether full thickness removed or part thereof ) including plastering & leaping complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

ITEM NO.24 : Dismantling Wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc.) or insulation boards/slabs/ blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets from any position complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

ITEM NO. 25 :Dismantlling Asbestos cement (corrugated, semicorrugated, etc.) sheets in roof coverings Including J & L hooks in any position complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

ITEM NO.26 :Dismantling timber scantlings as in rails, posts, rafters, purlins etc under 40 Sq cm in section from any situation unframed complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

ITEM NO.27 :Dismantling timber scantlings 40 sq. cm and over in section, in any position complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

ITEM NO.28 : Roughening surfaces of old concrete floor by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust, etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

ITEM NO.29: Raking out joints/ pointing to brick work in walls or to bricks on edge in floors,surface channels, roofs, etc in cement mortar etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

ITEM NO.30 : Excavation in trenches, in sof/loose soil,n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits,manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and getting out as directed by Engineer-in charge complete, all as specified.

ITEM NO.31 : Surface excavation n.exc. 30 cm deep and averaging 15 deep in soft/loose soil and getting out in and including clearing all grass vegetation, saplings, shurbs, brush woods under growth roots and trees not exceeding 30cm girth complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

ITEM NO.32 : Supplying & fixing of PVC water storage tank 1000 ltr capacity HDPE triple layered ,white colour cylindrical type fixed and hoisted in position on roof at any height complete with inlet/outlet of 20 mm GI Pipe connection incl locking arrangement, including supplying & fixing of Ball valves high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated Aluminium rod & high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe 20 mm dia and (Minimum weight 200 mm - 210 gms ) including dismantling old unserviceable cement concrete/PVC water tanks of capacity exc 500 ltrs & n.exc 1000 Ltrs complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : (i) Inlet, outlet & wash out pipe will be measured paid for separately. (ii) The quoted rate is inclusive of minimum one union each on inlet and outlet of water tank as per size of pipe shall be provided.

ITEM NO.33 : Supplying & fixing of PVC water storage tank 500 ltr capacity HDPE triple layered ,white colour cylindrical type fixed and hoisted in position on roof at any height complete with inlet/outlet of 20 mm GI Pipe connection incl locking arrangement, including supplying & fixing of Ball valves high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated Aluminium rod & high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe 20 mm dia and (Minimum weight 200 mm - 210 gms ) including dismantling old unserviceable cement concrete/PVC water tanks of capacity exc 300 ltrs & n.exc 500 Ltrs complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. ITEM NO.34 : Broken stone hardcore of gauge n exc. 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete, all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

ITEM NO.35 : 25 mm thick Cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-0,using 12.5 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate as in sub base of floor and pavings etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

ITEM NO. 36 : 50 mm thick, cement concrete type C-1, 1:3:6 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate, finished even & smooth without using extra cement, as in plinth protection, complete all as specified

ITEM NO. 37 : Cement concrete 100 mm thick 1 :2 4 type B 1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in flooring,finishing cement concrete surface even and fair with out using extra cement, to be laid in alternate panels as directed complete all as specified

ITEM NO. 38 : 40 mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 type B 1 (20 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate) as in PCC flooring finishing concrete surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

ITEM NO.39 : Plain cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-1,using 20 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate as in filling of pressed steel frame /hold fast blocks etc and similar complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

ITEM NO.40 : Plain cement concrete (1:4:8) type D-2,using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundations, filling and mass concrete, sub base etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

ITEM NO.41: Plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate as in roof kerbs or mud stops and benching, rounded or chamfered on edges , coving shall be 150 mm in radius mixed with acrylic based polymer water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : WPC shall be paid separately.

ITEM NO.42 : Plain Cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20mm mechanically graded crushed stone aggregate as in padding to roof to maintain the required slope and finished the surface even and fair without using extra cement including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating with and including using necessary use and waste of formwork for fair finished surface complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

ITEM NO.43 : Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

ITEM NO.44 :Reinforced Cement Concrete (Design mix) M-25 using 20mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate as in slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

ITEM NO.45 : Providing, cement concrete Type B1 1:2:4 using 20mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate as in, copings, benching in manholes, haunching around manhole frame for settting and as in lintels upto clear span 1.5 metre and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating with and including using necessary use and waste of formwork complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

ITEM NO.46 :Repair to RCC sunshades, Chajjas, Balconies, Columns, bands, beams and similar RCC work at any position/height by dismantling loose/disintegrated portion and dubbing out with Cement Concrete 1:1½:3, 15mm to 50mm thick using 6 to 12mm graded stone aggregate to make up and finished to required shape including provision of necessary supports if required and stitching of cracks with mild steel U clamps made out of 8mm dia @ 150mm c/c with inserting concrete block stretcher with cement mortar 1:3 mixed with adhesive chemical (Polymer based) and reinforced with chicken mesh including form work where ever required and finished with10 mm thick plastering in CM 1:4 finished even and fair without using extra cement including preparation of surfaces to receive finishes complete all as specified and directed

ITEM NO.47 : Use & waste of Formwork to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings , slab over manholes similar work; not exceeding 200mm thick (Horizontal or sloping) (rough finished flat surfaces of concrete), complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

ITEM NO.48 : Use & waste of formwork to edges of concrete flats, treads, breaks in floors, window cills, concrete railings, openings in concrete walls, floor and roofs n exc 20 cm wide and sides of RCC/PCC bands in walls, horizontal or sloping and similar work exc 10cm but n exc 20cm wide (rough finished surfaces of concrete), complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

ITEM NO.49 : TMT steel bars 10mm dia and over, of grade Fe-500D cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

ITEM NO. 50 : TMT steel bars 8 mm dia, of grade Fe-500D cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

ITEM NO.52 : First quality Non - skid coloured Ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm as in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement mortar over and inculding 15 mm thick screed in cement mortar (1:4) and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the tiles complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

ITEM NO.53 : Glazed ceramic coloured tiles 450 x 300 x 6 to 7mm thick on vertical surface such as skirting , dado etc. over and including 10 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 thick set and jointed in neat cement mortar and pointed in white or colour cement to match tiles complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

ITEM NO.54 : Machine cut prepolished Kota stone slab flooring 18-20 mm thick, laid over & including 20 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :-- All the edges of slabs shall be grinded/cut at right angle before laying so that paper thin smooth jointing is obtained.The colour of the slabs shall be uniform.

ITEM NO.55 : Glazed ceramic coloured tiles 6 to 7mm thick matching to the shade of kota stone (light grey color) on vertical surface such as skirting, dado etc. over and including 10 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 thick set and jointed in neat cement mortar and pointed in colour cement to match tiles complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

ITEM NO.56 : Granite jet black shade, 18-20 mm thick, (table rubbed and polished) in single piece (in one direction) machine cut, machine polished, bedded and jointed with adhesive suitable for granite/stone & pointed with grout of matching shade including necessary cutting over & including 10 mm thick (average thickness) cement mortar (1:3) screed, as in cooking platform, shelves, RCC counters, window cills & similar situations, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

ITEM NO. 57 : Baroda green marble, 15-18 mm thick, (table rubbed and polished) machine cut, laid over & including 15 mm thick (average thickness) cement mortar (1:3) screed and bedded, jointed with grey cement slurry & pointed with grout of matching shade including rubbing and polishing (Granite finish), over cooking platform shelves , RCC counters, window cills & similar situations complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. NOTE: Full round nosing if ordered on exposed edges shall be paid separately under respective item.

ITEM NO.58 : Marble work (Makrana white) 18 to 20mm thick (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, windowcills,cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with marble shade of type Makrana white & similar situations complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

ITEM NO.59 : Rounding to edges of stone (of any description) slabs one edge, such as in steps, cooking platform, and other similar situations including cutting, rubbing and polishing (mirror finish), complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

ITEM NO.60 : Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour,design & pattern as in footparth, parks,lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc.,of required strength, thickness & size/shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

ITEM NO.61 : Construction (Dummy) joints 30mm deep x 10 mm wide filled with sealing compound grade A all as specified and directed

ITEM NO.62 : Supply only Glass dividing strips, 3mm thick and inserted in position to conform to design width of strip 38mm complete all as specified and directed by Engineer In Charge.

ITEM NO.63 : Brick work with sub class 'B' bricks, class designation 150, old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6.00 metre mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

ITEM NO.64 : Brick work using burnt clay bricks of sub class 'B' ,class designation 150 ,straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls built in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

ITEM NO.65 : Precast PCC plain factory made tiles, ISI marked, 22 mm thick of size 250 mm x 250 mm, machine pressed and cut polished and set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry and fabricated using grey cement & no pigments. over and including 15 mm thick cement mortar (1:3) bedding joints grouted flush in cement mortar (1:3) mixed with integral liquid water proofing compound over roof surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

ITEM NO.66 : Rendering 10 mm thick in cement mortar 1:6,on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces of walls finished even and fair without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

ITEM NO.67 : Rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4, on brick or concrete surfaces mixed with water proofing compound, trowelled to even and fair without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. NOTE: Integral water proofing liquid shall be measured and paid separately.

ITEM NO 68 : Supply only Integral water proofing liquid ISI Marked complete all as specified and directed.

ITEM NO.69 : Rendering 5 mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 as in soffits of slabs/Chajja/ Sunshade finishing the plastered surface even & smooth without using extra cement etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

ITEM NO.70 : Rendering 10 mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 as in soffits of slabs/chajja/sunshades over and including dubbing out average 10mm thick on irregular surface of soffits of slabs/Chajja/ Sunshades etc. in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

ITEM NO. 71 : Flush pointing to brick on edge pavings to bricks laid flat or brick tiles in pavings in cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

ITEM No 72 : Applying 02 (Two) coats of bituminous Aluminium painting over and including a coat of primer over APP surfaces by using roller/brush as per manufacturer’s instructions complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer- in -Charge

ITEM NO.73 : Preparation of new plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls and two coats of exterior weatherproof emulsion paint over a coat of primer, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge .

ITEM NO.74 : Complete removal of existing treatment from walls and applying two coats of exterior weatherproof emulsion paint over a coat of primer cement base paint including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

ITEM NO.75 : Preparation of new plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of alkali resistant primer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

ITEM NO.76 : Preparation of old Plastered or un-plastered surfaces of walls cornices etc by brooming down or steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot moulds, moss, efflorescence salts treating oil and greasy spots etc and applying two coats of white wash on walls/ old decorated surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

ITEM NO.77 : Preparation of old Plastered or un-plastered surfaces of ceilings etc by brooming down or steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot moulds, moss, efflorescence salts treating oil and greasy spots etc and applying two coats of white wash on ceilings/ old decorated surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

ITEM NO. 78 : Preparation of plastered or unplastered new surfaces of ceilings and applying three coats of white wash including preparation of surface complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

ITEM NO.79 : Preparation of plastered or unplastered new surfaces of walls and applying three coats of white wash including preparation of surface complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

ITEM NO. 80 : Complete removal of existing treatment and applying two coats of oil bound distemper on walls over a coat primer and 2 to 3mm thick cement based wall care putty including preparation of surfacecomplete all as specified and directed.

ITEM NO.81 : Factory made Pressed steel frames, confirming to IS, having profile 125 x 60 mm , 1.25 mm thick MS sheet for doors with one or more rebates including necessary lugs,, lock strike plate, etc. and fixing only 100 mm size hinges with one shop coat of zinc chromate primer and fixing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: Mild Steel butt hinges shall be measured and paid separately as supply only under relevant item.

ITEM NO.82 : Factory made Pressed steel frames, confirming to IS, having profile 105 x 60 mm , 1.25 mm thick MS sheet for doors with one or more rebates including necessary lugs, lock strike plate, etc. and fixing only 100 mm size hinges,, with one shop coat of zinc chromate primer and fixing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: Mild Steel butt hinges shall be measured and paid separately as supply only under relevant item.

ITEM NO. 83 : Factory Made Solid PVC Moulded Door Shutter, 28 to 30mm thick (stiles), with 2, 4, or 6 raised panel design with 2mm thick Moulded PVC Sheet on the front face & 2mm plain colour PVC sheet on back face, supplying & fixing in frame at site as per specification colour wood colour including necessary stainless steel fittings and fixtures with suitable PVC sheet beading & jointed together with solvent cement supply & fixing in the frame at site as per specification & drawing.

ITEM NO.84 : 35 mm thick factory made glazed & Skeleton shutters of 2nd class HardWood open rebated & prepared to receive glass or gauze etc without sash bar open rebated with edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded, fitted with cut & mitred beads for securing glass or guage etc size ofstiles rails etc as specified in sec 8 clause 8.24 (a) of SSR Part-I (2009) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

ITEM NO.85 : 30mm thick glazed and skeleton window shutters of 2nd class hard wood (factory made) open rebated and divided to receive glass, gauze etc edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass etc size of members of shutter as specified in SSR-91 Pt-1 section 8 clause 8.20(a), kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated all as specified including glazing/stainless steel 304 Grade wire cloth (wire dia. 0.22mm) and the supply and fixing following items: (a) Stainless Steel (304 Grade) Butt Hinges 100mm medium weight- 2 nos per leaf (b) Aluminium Tower Bolt 100mm long medium grade - 2 nos per leaf (c) Aluminium Handles 100 mm medium grade - 2 nos per leaf

ITEM NO.175 : Supply and fixing Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

ITEM NO. 176 : Material and labour for carrying out water proofing treatment of sunken floor complete all as specified under :-- (i) The concrete / wall surface shall be cleared thoroughly of all laitance,loose particles ,dust,grease etc and any friable and unsound area which shall be chipped,cleaned and thereafter pre-wetted to a saturated surface dried condition (ii) In case of pot holes/superficial cracks,the same shall be repaired with polymer modified mortar using URP as admixture @ 10% of cement content (iii) The polymer modified mortar using URP as admixture @ 10% of cement content shall also be applied on vertical surfaces after removing of plaster upto 60 cm height (iv) The surface thus prepared shall be coated by applying 2 coats of Dr Fixit Hydrochem Super in the sunken areas and extending it upto 150 mm above the finished floor level.This includes layer of a 150 mm wide strip of an open woven glass fiber mesh over the PCC benching (Gole) on the 1st coat while it is still wet (v) Rendering 15 mm in CM 1:4 admixed with integral water proofing compound LW+ @ 200 ml per bag of cement complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
