MISC REPAIR OF GUNITING WORK INCL CEILING, FLOORING, PANELLING, JOINERY, HARDSTANDING, SANITARY AND PLUMBING WORK INCL ROOF TREATMENT IN THE AOR OF AGE BR KASHMIR HOUSE UNDER GE NEW DELHI

Demolition of old damaged existing water proofing compound on RCC roof of any description in any position and specification and cleaning the surface thoroughly and removing materials from site of work and providing the following works :- (a) Over 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 on roof surface or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth (without using extra cement) mixed with WPC (200ml per 50kg of bag cement) all as specified and directed. (b) Applying evenly a coat of bitumen primer @ 0.50 Kg/Sqm. (c) Applying APP modified polymeric membrane over the bitumen coat surface ,weight not less than 3.0 Kg/Sqm and over lap 100mm and sealed by torch application as per manufacture instructions. (d) Sealing edges well into grooves & protect with CM 1:2 complete all as specified and directed. (e) M&L for providing hydraulically pressed PCC tiles of size 250x250x20 to 22mm /300mmx300xx20 to 22mm thick with grey cement and joints of tiles filled with cement morter 1.3 mixed with water proffing compound all coplete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Cement concrete 1:3:6 type C1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate in plinth protection, 75mm thick, finished fair and even without using extra cement, complete.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster any description including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified & directed including removal of debris out side MoD land. The work shall be carried out upto sixth storey height of buildings.

M&L for 15mm thick ready mix plaster READIPLAST RP of (Make Ultra tech) on any surfaces of brick/concrete includidng aapplication of bonding coat as Ultratech seal and Dry 5 Plus as per manufacturers instruction including finished even and smooth complete all as specified and directed.The work shall be carried out upto sixth storey height of buildings including all safety factor.

M&L for 5mm thick ready mix plaster READIPLAST RP of (Make Ultra tech) on any surfaces of brick/concrete includidng aapplication of bonding coat as Ultratech seal and Dry 5 Plus as per manufacturers instruction including finished even and smooth on soffits/ceiling surfaces complete all as specified and directed. The work shall be carried out upto sixth storey height of buildings including all safety factor.

M&L for preparation on newly plastered / previously untreated surfaces of wall and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying Two or more coats on walls of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces with preparationcomplete all as specified.

M&L for preparation of new plastered or unplastered surfaces of ceiling and applying three coats of white wash as in ceiling complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition in mechinical process of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in sub base, or sub floors foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.
