Macadamization of Premises of LBDDA Office Kupwara by way of Providing and Laying of Wet Mix Macadam (WMM) , 50mm thick BM and 25mm thick Semidense Bituminous Concrete

Scarifying the existing bituminous road surface to depht 50mm and disposal of scarified material within all lifts and Lead up to 1km by ( mechaincal means)

WET MIX MACADAM (75mm thick) Providing ,laying ,spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specfications incl. preparing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant,laying in uniform layers with paver in base course on all prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the required grade and camber incl. carriage of all materials to site of work complete.

Providing and applying tack coat using hot straight run bitumen of grade – VG-10, including heating the bitumen, spraying the bitumen with mechanically operated spray unit fitted on bitumen boiler, cleaning and preparing the existing road surface as On W.B.M. @ 0.75 Kg/sqm

Providing and applying tack coal using hot straighi run bitumen of VG-10 ₹12 grade incl heating the biturnen, spraying the bitumen with mechanically operated spray unit fitted on bitumen boslcr, cleaning & preparing the euiing road surface 1o remove all din, dust, mud etc, & finally brooming the surface as per requtred specificatun complcte job on bitumen Surface

Providing and laying of 50 mm thick compacted bituminous macadam base course with stone aggregate of quality,size and grading in accordance with IRC/CPWD/MOST/MORTH specifications & straight run bitumen of VG-10 grade @ 3.3% by weight of the mix incl. hot mixing of stone aggregate & bitumen injHMP.Transporting and laying mixed material with paver finished to the required level ,grade & rolling with 08-10 tonne capacity road roller to achieve the required compaction & density incl. all costs , carriages involved tools,plants,equipment& all allied machinery, labour taxes /octroi, fees, testing charges for maintaining quality control incl. cost of Tar.

Providing & laying of 25mm thick semidense with bitumen of 60/70 grade @5% by weight of total mix. and laying the mixed material with sensor paver finisher fitted with electronic sensing device to the required level and grade and rolling with road rollers as per MORTH specifications to achieve the desired density and compaction.

Providing and laying seal coat of premixed fine aggregate (passing 2.36 mm and retained on 180 micron sieve) with bitumen using 128 kg of bitumen of grade VG-10 bitumen per cum of fine aggregate and 0.60 cum of fine aggregate per 100 sqm of road surface including rolling and finishing with road all complete.
