Providing weep holes in abutment walls, return walls etc. with 100mm dia AC pipe, extending through the full width of the structure with slope of 1V:20H towards draining face as per the Drawings, Specifications enclosed with the tender document and MoRTH Specifications for Road and Bridge Works. Items to include all labour , material, tools, equipments, safety measures and incidental necessary to complete the work to Specifications.

Providing and laying of Filter Media with Granular materials/stones, crushed aggregates satisfying the requirements laid down in Clause 2504.22 of MoRTH Specifications for Road and Bridge Works to a thickness of not less than 600mm with smaller size towards the soil and bigger size towards the wall and provided over the entire surface behind abutments, Return wall etc. to the full height compacted to a firm condition complete as per Drawing and Specifications.

Supply and fabrication of steel truss ( Girder ) bridge as per detailed drawing. Supply of all structural steel confirming to I.S. 226 - 1969 required for proper completion of bridge including ground erection of the bridge and including one coat of approved quality anty corrosive red oxide paint confirming I.S. 5660 as per specification and drawing including all T&P etc. nuts & bolts, washers and also including supply and fixing of shop rivets refered as per drawing. The rates shall include ground errection in the workshop and its dismantal after inspection, approval and removing of deffects, match marking of all parts numberings and proper stacking in the premises of workshop before cartage to site of work. The work shall be excited in accordance with I.S. 1915 - 1961 and its latest revision shall be applicable. The rate shall including cost of all materials, its wastage and cutting, bending if required, welding, making holes, shop rivetting, labour, T&Petc. and also including proper stacking after dismantling of ground errection. All required equipments should be arranged by the contractor as his own cost , which shall be taken back by the contractor after satisfactory execution of the job.Also including supply of all materials,T&P etc required for proper completion of the work as per direction of Engineer in charge .

Erection of Steel Truss (Girder) Bridge as per drawing with required camber including cartage of fabricated parts from the place of stack near site including submission of launching plan by the contractor, (duly weighted by a recognised reputable institution/consultant if required) and approved by the engineer-in-charge. Service bolts to used shall be of GKW make or any other as approved by engineer-in-charge, including cost of all labor, T&P, equipments and consumables required for proper completion of the work as per MORTH specification no. 1905 and as per directions of the engineer-in-charge. {

Supplying, fitting and fixing in position true to line and level cast steel rocker and roller bearing conforming to IRC: 83(Pt.-1) section IX and clause 2003 of MoRTH specifications complete including all accessories as per drawing and Technical Specifications.

Supplying and fixing of 16 - 22 mm dia field rivets as per drawing confirming to designation IS 42 RIS - 1148 - 1973 including rivetting with rivet gun, its wastage, labour T&P etc required for proper completion of the work as per Direction of Engineer In Charge.

Providing and applying two coats of ready mix paint of approved brand on steel surface after through cleaning of surface to give an even surface.
