Excavation in foundation trenches in all kinds of soils such as pick work, jumper work blasting hard or soft rock chiseling where blasting is prohibited slushy daldal or saturated soil within all leads and lifts , stacking the excavated soil not more than 3 mtrs clear from the edge of excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15 cm layers when required into plinth and sides of foundations i/c consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth within all leads and lifts as per the direction of the Engineer- in-charge

Wire crate made of G.I.wire filled with boulders with square cut faces against the wire (boulder filling to be measured and paid for separately) 15cmx15cm mesh G.I.wire 4mm thick corresponding to SWG-6, with in all leads and lifts.

Wire crates of GI wire filled with boulder with square cut faces against the wire ( wire crates to be measured and paid for separately) with in all leads and lifts.

Providing and Laying of Cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement: 3 sand: 6 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding the cost of form work within all leads and lifts.( In Foundation & Plinth)

15 mm cement plaster in single coat on fair side f brick/stone masonry for interior plastering up to floor two level including arrises, internal rounded angles, chamfers and/or rounded angles not exceeding 80mm in girth and finished even and smooth in CM (1:4) (1Cement:4Sand) with in all leads and lifts.

1.80 mtr. high fencing with 2.50 mtr. angle iron posts of size 50x50x5 mm (min.) 2.50 mtr. centre to centre with a horizontal 1.80 mtr. high fencing with 2.50 mtr. M.S. angle iron post of size 50x50x5 mm (Min.) 2.50 mtr. centre to centre with 9No horizontal lines and two diagonals of galvanised steel barbed wire (I.S:278-1962 Type1) weighing 9.38 Kg. per 100 mtr. (minimum) strained and fixed to posts with 61 stples including with painting of M.S. angle iron complete. .

Ist class brick work using common burnt clay building bricks in superstructure in cement mortor 1:6 (1 cement :6 sand)in all lead and lifts as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Steel work in single sections including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a triming coat of red lead paint in R.S. Joists, channels angles,tees.etc

Finishing wall with water proofing cement paint of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on undecorated wall surface (two coats) to give an even shade after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt & remains of loose powdered materials complete in all respect

Laying in trenches G.M.S tubes and tube fittings (Earth work in trenches to be measured and paid Seperately
