Drilling Boring and Energization of 2 Nos borewell at Kuthbihal Village in GP Koksar District Lahaul Spiti HP Under SADA

Transportation of suitable truck/tractor mounted with rigs where road available or with portable rigs where road not available with DTH/ ODEX/ Percussion/ Calyx/ Rotary alongwith necessary accessories etc. to the site of work and erection including levelling of site etc. complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer in Charge.

Drilling bores of 152mm dia as per IS:2800-1979 using ODEX (Tubex) attachment required drilling in colleasible strata conglomerate, boulder, pebble, gravals, silt, clay etc. including cost of attachments, consumable stores, bits, water, POL etc. complete with system of simultaneous lowering of 125 mm nominal bore, 5.0mm thick MSERW fincut casing pipe which will be welded together using 2.5mm or 3.25mm dia. Advani Oerlikon electrods, with one plain end and the other end chamfered to 50 degrees removing paint on the area to be welded, inclusive of the cost of bio-degradable and non-toxic foam flush etc. complete in all respects as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. MSERW fincut casing pipe, casing shoe and bit tube as per requirement of ODEX to be paid separately.

Supplying and lowering IS marked 125mm NB 5 mm thick fin cut MSERW casing pipe as per IS:4270-2001 with upto date amendments in a length of 3 metres including cost of cutting welding, transportation charges complete in all respect. The pipe shall be at suitable intervals as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing suitable casing shoe and bit tube as per requirement of ODEX attachment complete in all respects as per direction of the Engineer-in Charge.

Collection and preservation of soil sample in polythene bags complete in all respects as per direction of the Engineer-in Charge.

Development of bore well and yield testing with air compressor through V notch and disinfection etc. as per IS: 2800-1979 complete in all respect as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge

Providing and supplying of Submersible pump set (water filled) of Angel/Kirloskar/KSB/Crompton make, conforming to IS:8034-1976 with up to date ammendments. The pump set should be suitable for operation on 240 +/- 10% volts, Single phase AC supply. The power of motor should be atleast (+) 10% in excess of maximum power required by the pump in the operation range of (+) 10% and (-) 25% of the duty point head. The pump set shall be capable of working in dry condition and it should include the cost of bearing nut & bolts etc. complete and should meet the following data :- Total Head : 70.25 Mtrs. Discharge : 0.90 LPS

Providing and fixing of starter (Direct on line) with timing controler circuit (timer) for 1.50 HP pump set of standard make such as L&T/MEI/Havels/AVON/Crompton/Asian with suitable capacity, installed on a MS Sheet box of size 0.60x0.30x0.90m capable of mounting a voltmeter 0 to 300 volts capacity and ampare meter of capacity 0-150 ampare of standard make complete as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing double flanged cast steel non return valve of 40 mm dia of Kirloskar/Leader/Kartar/Pelican make to conforming to BS: 1868/API-600 Class ASA-150 including M.S. flanges table-5 as per IS 6392-1971 including welding of flanges and capable of with standing seat pressure with upto date amendments including carriage within all leads and lifts as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.
