ADDITION ALTERATION AND SHIFTING OF DG SETS AND OTHER EM ASSETS STP AT HQ AFSOD UNDER GE NORTH BANGALORE

M & L excavation in trenches in hard/dense soil not exc 1.5 mtr wide and not exc 1.5 mtr in depth for laying of cables/errection of pole etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for returning, filling in trenches incl spreading leveling watering and well ramming in layers with hard/dense soil not exc 25 cm thick in each layer complete as specified and as directed

M & L for removing excavated soil to a distance not exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed

M & L for sand cushioning with a layer of M-sand 23 cm thick under and above the cable complete all as specified and as directed

S&L sub class 'B' burnt bricks for cable protection complete as specified as directed

Supply and laying cable XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded galvanised steel strip or wire armored, electric power cable (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor connected with suitable legs including neccessary roadcrossing if applicable incl taking out old u/s cable of size 3.5 C x 70 Sqmm along with all accessories.

Material (T&P) and labour for shifting of DG set along with all accessories of any capacity from one location to another location upto 500 mtr re-connecting all the LT connection at new location all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge including provision of plinth/platform for DG set as per existing at new location and as directed. 20 KVA DG Set

M & L for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x 6mm thick buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.5 mtr below ground level with top edge of earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 mtr connected to and incl galvanized strip 25x4mm as earth lead up to 7.5 mtr long by means of nuts, bolts, thimbles,check nuts and washers etc made of galvanized iron connected to earthing test point all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part-I 1991 and as specified or indicated and testing on completion incl earth work and excavation in any type of soil PCC (1:3:6) type C1 chamber, pre cost slab 40mm thick in cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1 with 8 mm dia MS bars reinforced at 10 cm centre to centre both ways incl funnel with watering pipe wire mesh and lugs, incl test point complete all as specified and as directed incl dismantling and taking out old u/s.

S&F GI pipe light grade 50 mm bore with all fitting laid in trenches / wall / roads for cable protection.
