Providing, fitting and fixing in position, hollow metal double sheet plain shutter (45 mm thick) steel doors, at all levels and for all type of works, including all labour, material, equipment, handling, transportation, workmanship, preparation of working drawings, pressed steel frames, shutters, mastic caulking, grouting frames, hold fasts, butt hinges, tower / sliding bolts, handles, Aldrops, door stoppers, hydraulic door closures, locks, screws, handling, blast cleaning of steel surfaces to near white metal surface (Sa 2 ½ Swedish standard), applying inorganic zinc silicate primer of minimum 75 microns (DFT),followed by intermediate coat of minimum 75 micron (DFT) epoxy based titanium dioxide / micaceous iron oxide pigmented and finish coat of minimum 75 microns (DFT) of epoxy based coloured pigmented finish polyamide cured paint and final finish coat with minimum 25 micron DFT polyurethane colour pigmented paint filling with insulation, wherever required, etc., all complete, as per specifications, drawings and instructions of the Engineer.

Providing, erecting, assembling, fitting & fixing steel windows at various elevations including frames and shutters, transoms, mullions, fittings and fixtures, grouting of frames, painting with shop coat of primer, mastic, caulking handels, hold-fasts, hinges etc. with all labour, material, handling, equipment, complete as per specifications, drawings and instructions of the Engineer.

Openable Steel windows/ventilators as per IS 1361 with frame and shutter (without Glass panes)

Providing, fitting and fixing, fire retardant and U.V. resistant polycarbonate clean sheet of minimum 2 mm thickness (profile to match with profile of metal sheeting) at various elevations including all labour, material, fasteners, scaffolding, equipment and side laps, cutting of openings, preparation of working drawings, testing etc. all complete as per specifications, drawings and instructions of the Engineer.

Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and (excluding priming coat) all complete.

Painting of steel structures, pipes & Equipments and cleaning by wirebrush, compressed air and other mechanical means etc upto the satisfaction of EIC. Supplying and applying painting system of approved colour, brand and shade consisting self primer epoxy mastic primer by brush, Epoxy Tio2 paint undercoat and finish coat of Aliphatic Polyurethane paint by brush as per specifications including cleaning the surface with required tools and plants, labour , material, consumables euipments, handling, transportation, protection and cleaning, scaffloding and staging, testing etc., all complete as per enclosed specifications, scope of work and instructions of the EIC.
