Defi Tech Bldg Central AC Plant Part-I Comprehensive maintenance of complete central AC plant 3 x 200 TR including chillers, pumps, motors cooling towers, AHUs, Cooling tower pipe line, chilled water pipeline, air duct, valves, LT panel and its accessories complete,to run the plant with full efficiency without break down including saturday, sunday and holidays and mechanic with adequate experience should be available to rectify in case any fault observed and all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge Note:-In this quated rate following work included in quated rate. (a) Defi Tech AC Plant (i) Screw type Chiller unit 3 x 200 TR alongwith compressor, evaporator, condensor including allied equipments and sub-assemblies (02 working + 01 standby) (ii) LT control panel with accessories (iii) 3 x Condensor Water Pump (02 working + 01 standby) (iv) 3 x Chiller Water Pump (02 working + 01 standby) (v) 3 x Cooling tower (02 working + 01 standby) alongwith operating valves and pipe line (vi) Cooling tower water tanks (vii) Chilled Water pipe line throughout CH (EC) Main Hospital Building (G+5) (b) CH (EC) Defi Tech building (i) 15 x Air Handlig Units (ii) Air Duct opening grills (iii) 15 Treated frush air unit

NOTES :- 1. Maintenance of AC plant and entire system/equipmentsof capacity 3x 200 TR in summer, winter and monsoon season as per the period of contract including daily/periodical checks i.e quarterly maintenance requirement as per Engineer in charge instructions. The above quoted rates covers daily upkeep of AC plant as described above all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge for smooth & efficient performance to achieve inside designed conditions throughout the season. 2. Cleaning of inside and out side of the installation and the cost thereof shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted against this item. 3. Contractor shal Identify and rectify the fault as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 4. During entire contract period any defective components to make plant/ machinary fully functional which is not in Sch 'A', the cost of components and Transportation charges for the same item will not be included in above quoted rate. 5. Make and model of part to be replaced shall be same as existing at site or as per OEM/ Engineer-in-charge. 6. Comprehensive /Periodic maintenance means ensuring optimal functioning of AC plant by the synchronizing levels. 7. The contractor shall provide highly skilled mechanic/Special engineer required for fault during currency of contract period if required. 8. All labour charges for taking out old/items and replacing the same, testing, commissioning, transportation etc which are included in Sch"A" deemed to be included in quoted rates. No extra cost shall be paid to the contractor in this effect. 9. Above central AC installation shall be run 24 Hr x 7 days

Y'-TYPE STRAINER M & L for PN 1.6 rated 100 mm NB 'Y'- type strainer, certified for 300 psig Hyd. body test pressure and 150 psig working test pressure, having cast iron (CI) Gr. FG 200 body & cover conforming to IS 210: 2009 , AISI304 plug, AISI304 stainless steel screen trim having 1.2 mm perforation, bolted cover, compressed asbestos fiber gasket, flanges as per BS 10 Table F undrilled, complete with necessary accessories all as specified and directed by the engineer-in-charge.

CHILLED WATER PIPING MS CLASS- B PIPE WITH INSULATION M & L for chilled water piping including necessary fittings viz. flexible connections, bends, tees, reducers, flanges, air purge valves, drain valves, structural support, necessary clamps, vibration isolators, etc. including painting and supporting / fixing the pipe in excavated trenches or on floor / wall / ceiling with clamps, hangers, angles, channels (using anchor fasteners) with necessary accessories, duly insulated complete all as specified and directed by the engineer-in-charge. NOTES: [i] The pipe size 150 mm NB & below shall be MS 'B' class as per IS 1239-1: 2004 & IS 1239-2: 2011. [ii] The pipe size above 150 mm NB shall be welded black steel pipe heavy class as per IS 3589: 2001. [iii] Minimum thickness of MS sheet for pipe size above 150 mm NB and up to 350 mm NB shall be 4.85 mm. [iv] Insulation shall be measured and paid for separately.

BALL VALVE M & L for condenser two-piece design cast iron (CI) straight pattern ball valve, conforming to IS 9890: 1981 and having FG 200 cast iron body conforming to IS 210: 2009, AISI 410 stem, stainless steel AISI 304 ball, renewable PTFE seat & gland packing and screwed female BSP parallel threaded ends conforming to BS 21 with necessary accessories all complete as specified and directed by the engineer-in-charge.

Repairing of Condenser of Chiller plant 220 tr, at Difitech Building after finding the leakage in the leakage in Cindenser copper tube, plug and block the same by opening the two side cover of condenser, inject the Nitrogen pressor to the system to rectifing leakage proof,flashing the system,heating and dehumidifing the Chiller unit, refixing the condenser cover with nuts and bolds, gasket and complete with Refrigerant charging and commissioning complete or as directed by Engineering- in-charge.

Note: Schedule of credit (SCHEDULE OF CREDIT) amount of Rs ₹ ___________ mentioned on Page No ____ shall be deducted from the total quoted amount of BOQ.
