Grouting injecting low viscosity high molecular weight thermosett polymer Monopol 250 H by pressure and using pressure epoxy injector with accessories till nozzles refused to accept the grout, including mixing material components part a and part b in required quantities as per manufacturer's instructions by weigh batching. Filling the grouting gun with monopol 250 H and maintaining desired pressure in the gun, air compressor and at exit (minimum 3 to 4 kg/sqcm) by a mechanism to monitor both pressure gauges and controlling the same by release valves and release the grout as per requirement simultaneously to grout the structural element through prefixed nozzles till its refusal. Seal the nozzle with thixotropic epoxy putty after the refusal. Note: Leakages through other nozzles or cracks are required to be monitored while grouting and such points to be sealed as and when required without any extra cost. Make: Fosroc conbextra EP 10 or any other techno-commercial equivalent in makes as mentioned in Particular Specifications.

Step 2:- Apply the first coat of the prepared mixer with the help of fully automatic airless spray machine of putty application having flow speed of max 6 ltrs per minutes with a maximum pressure 3300 PSI. Step 3:- Allow 6-8 hrs time to dry the putty surface. (b) Material & Labour for applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of primer using fully automatic airless spray technology with max working pressure of 3300 PSI and capable of operating single spray gun with a maximum material hose length of 30 Metre. (WPC shall be measured & paid separately) (iii) All junctions points of side wall where CI/GI pipes are passing through shall be sealed with epoxy putty. ((iv) After drying putty, wash the slab and sides of sunken portion with water and make it clear and clean. (v) Material & Labour for applying two coats of polymer modified cementious water proof coating as per manufacturer's instructions to bottom and vertical sides up to finished floor level+100mm height. The thickness of two layer shall be 1mm. When the second layer is still sticky, coarse sand spray shall be carried for the vertical and bottom surface of the sunken portion all as specified and directed. (This item shall be peasured and paid separately) (vi) Plaster the bottom and sides up to bottom of the skirting with minimum 20mm thick CM 1:4 mixed with integral water proofing compound 3% by wt of cement consumed as per manufacturer's specification including rounding of corners and junctions sloping towards spout. (WPC shall be measured & paid separately) Note:- Test the water proofed area (ponding test) by filling water for at least 72 hours and tested for leakage seepage and to the entire satisfaction of GE. Material & Labour for carrying out in situ alteration to the existing Fire fighting header and making one branch connection suitable for 150 mm pipe including cutting, welding, flange inserts, etc. and provision for installing one NRV of size upto 200 mm dia and isolating sprinkler header and wet riser/ yard hydrant header complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
Material & Labour in repair for provision of priming arrangement with 20mm GI pipe medium - 15 RM, 20 mm gate valve-03 Nos complete to all three pumpsets from overhead tank complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and 1.5 m depth for laying pipes etc. and getting out in hard/ dense soil complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
Removing excavated material not exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

INTERNAL ELECTRIC SUPPLY
Taking down copper/ aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete, including fixture and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, light fitting etc. removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit (credit for above items should be made as per condition sepertately) and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors etc. Note: Serviceable tube lights etc shall be kept under safe custody and refixed as directed.

Supply and installation of mini trunking of size 32mmx20mm with 1.5mm thickness with all finishing accessories (flexible cover, clip of partition, base joint internal angle, external angle, end cap, deviation, flat angle) conforming standard EN 50085-2-1. Trunking should accept wiring device with all the functions by associating the accessory of installation. Trunking should conform to the current specification of NF C 68-104 in term of both performance and level of function provide by the system. Installation trunking (which carries electrical/ signal/ telephone wiring accessories) should be type 3 (installation) in the new stranded material should be non flame propagating, degree of protection provided by encloser should be IP40 Protection against mechanical impact should be IK07. Trunking should be delivered in the length of 2 metres. The trunking cover and partition should be in PVC white RAL 9003. The accessories should be in plastic ABS white RAL. Note:- in case of Ceiling Self holding fastener of suitable size to be provided for trunking.
