Bidder has to quote less than Rs 2.12/1000 Kcal including GST and Transporation. For Example, if Bidder quotes Rs 2.02, then NVVN shall procure the Biomass Pellets at Rs. 2.02 from the Bidder (The Pellet Price is subject to Price Adjustment as per Discovered price at GHTP. Bidder to refer RFS for details). IF THE PELLET SALE PRICE IS LEFT BLANK, THEN BID SHALL BE REJECTED

To be filled by the Bidder: The Bidder shall quote the Pellet Sale Price to NVVN (INR per 1,000 kcal/kg), inclusive of transportation charges and GST, for the supply of 100 TPD of biomass pellets. The Bidder may install a pellet manufacturing plant of any capacity and operate it at any Capacity Utilization Factor (CUF), provided that the Bidder is capable of supplying an average of 100 TPD to NVVN. Compliance with the 100 TPD supply requirement shall be assessed on a monthly basis, i.e., the total quantity supplied during a month shall be at least 100 × the number of days in the month (MT).

The Successful Bidder shall pay a fixed monthly lease rental of INR 3.35 Lacs (Rupees Three Lakh Thirty-Five Thousand only), plus GST, from six months from LOA irrespective of Commercial Operation Date (COD) until completion of the Contract Period. The Fixed Monthly Lease Rental shall be payable by the Selected Bidder from the Commercial Operation Date (COD) until expiry or earlier termination of the Agreement, irrespective of actual production, quantity of Biomass Pellets supplied, quantity procured by GHTP or any Alternate Buyer, realization of sale proceeds, plant utilization, availability of biomass, market conditions, or any other commercial or operational circumstances, except where expressly provided otherwise under this Agreement.
