Cutting chases, pinning in. making good to facings where required and pointing in cement mortar 1:3 to ends or edges of landings, steps, cills, sunshades, shelves, lintels, etc.; and cutting chases for concealed water tubing or concealed conduit wiring, etc., and making good, cutting not exc 10 cm girth ,complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair 15 mm bib tap, cast copper alloy fancy type chromium plated with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed down, short body with flange ,screwed for iron pipe or for brass ferrule, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs stop valves 15mm dia (concealed type), cast copper alloy, chromium plated, fancy type, screwed down, high pressure, with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed both ends for iron pipe or for unions and fixed with long shank and cup complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair pillar tap 15 mm dia cast copper alloy, fancy tpye with capstan heads, chromium pleted screwed down, high pressure with or without lettered Hot or Cold with long screwed shanks and fly nuts screwed for iron pipe fixed, complete all as specified and as directed.

Cleaning and removing all scale and dirt etc from tanks and from mouth of circulating pipe etc 250 ltr but n.exc 500 ltr and writing the following "TANK CLEANED/ CHANGED ON _______" complete all as specified and as directed.

Description all as per ser item No 15.00 here in before but for exc 500 ltr and n.exc 1000 ltr capacity complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for non skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick area of each tile exc. 0.06 sqm but n.exc 0.11sqm, as in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with and including over 15mm thick screed bed for laying floor finishes in cement mortar (1:6), complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Design, shade and pattern of fixing of tiles shall be as directed and approved by AGE(I).

M&L for glazed ceramic coloured tiles in vertical surfaces of size 350x250x7mm/450x350x7mm thick quality not less than group II, straight edge, k, as on skirting , dados, walls etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement with pigment to match the shade of tiles over and including 10mm thick backing coat in cement mortar (1:6),complete all as specified and directed. Note: Design, shade and pattern of fixing of tiles shall be as directed and approved by AGE (I).

Demolition of cement concrete (un reinforced) not exceeding 15 cm thickness (above or below ground level) and removal of debris from site complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 25mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B0 (using 12.50 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) finished even and smooth in floor/levelling course to recieve floor finishes complete all as specified and directed.
