| 3 | Supply, Fabrication and Erection of Galvanised MS Pipe (GI Pipe) : Supply, handling, cutting, edge preparation, fabrication, erection of above ground G.I. Pipeline for Foam system at tank farm area at any height, including testing & commissioning. The pipe to be used shall be of Mild steel Galvanised as per IS :1239; Part-I (Annexure XI) Class / pressure rating - Heavy grade for dia 150 mm and below and minimum 6.34 mm for pipes 200 and above (pipes as per IS 3589, Grade 410). Galvanising minimum 360 gm/sq.m. as per IS 4736 (Annexure XII). Rates include supply & fabrication of all necessary G.I. Heavy grade fittings such as different types of flanges, Tees, reducer, elbows, cross, etc . conforming to IS:1239, Part-II and SORF GI Flanges ANSI B 16.5 Cl# 150 with GI nuts, bolts, gaskets & GI washers, teflon, jute, hold-tight, etc all consumables, U-bolts, etc to complete the work in all respect including drain points at required places. Flanges shall be provided at suitable places for maintenance purpose. Note 1: Galvanising on Pipes, fittings and flanges shall be in accordance with IS 4736 latest edition. This job is to be carried in running tank farm, hence highest level of safety precaution to be taken as per direction of Site-In-Charge / Terminal In-Charge by contractor during execution of job. | - | - | - | - |
