Supplying and filling with M- sand in Foundation, well watered and consolidated including cost of all materials,labour, lead, lift, watering and consolidation etc. complete as instructed by the Engineer at site.

PCC 1:4:8 using 40 mm down graded size HBS metal including cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift, curing etc., complete for foundation.

Providing R C C Raft foundation / Wall in M25 using 12 to 20 mm HBS metal with minimum cement content of 400 Kg per cum including cost of form work,cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift, curing etc., complete but excluding cost of steel reinforcement.

RCC M20 for roof slab using 12-20mm HBS with minimum cement quantity of 360 kg/cum of concrete and minimum water cement ratio of 0.5, including cost of all materials, form work, centering, soffits of slab using M.S. sheets of required size and supported by casuarina props of 10 to 13cm dia. complying with standard specifications, lead, lift, all labour etc. complete but excluding cost of steel reinforcement.

Supplying and fixing of SFRC manhole cover of size 600 x 600 mm including cost of materials ,all labour for fixing, transportation ,lead,lift,etc., complete.

Supplying and fixing in position of 50mm dia GI ” B” class pipe of approved ISI quality and make with necessary specials and fittings for water supply connection including , cutting, threading and jointing, cost of all materials, labour lead, lift,transportation charges etc.complete.

Supplying and fixing ISI standard approved brass ball valve including cost of all materials and labour for fixing, lead, lift,etc. complete.

Supply and erection of 3 phase 5 HP monoblock pumpset with panel board suitable for 3 phase 5HP motor with necessary switches, fuses, starter, voltmeter, Ammeter, three pilot lamps, capacitor, single phasing preventor, laying and jointing the cable and proper earthing, and service connection etc. complete as instructed by the Engineer at site.
