Painting two coats of newly plastered wall surface with ready mixed plastic emulsion paint of first class quality and of approved colour over a priming coat including thorough scrapping, clean removal of dirt, and including necessary plaster of paris putty, wherever required etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Painting new iron works such as steel doors, windows, ventilators, window bars, balustrades etc., with two coats of best approved first quality and colour of synthetic enamel paint over the existing red oxide priming coat in all floors excluding cost of priming coat etc., complete complying with standard specification. (The make, quality and colour of paint should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works.)

Supply and Delivery Fabrication of MS doors and windows with outer frame and shutter frame in MS angle of size 40mm x 40mm x 6 mm with MS flat 25mm x 25mm x 6mm and MS sheet of 18 gauge including ventilating arrangements using 20mm square MS rods with locking arrangements including two coats of approved enamel paint over coat of red oxide including cost of angles, plates, sheets, fabrication charges, cost of hold fast and transportation charges etc., complete.

Wiring with 2 x 1.5 sq.mm (22/0.3) PVC insulated unsheathed single core copper conductor of 1100V grade in suitable PVC rigid pipe on wall and ceiling with PVC accessories with TW Switch box with 5A FT switch inflush with wall covered with hylem sheet of 3mm thick with painting of suitable colour for open PVC light point / fan point (for electronic regulator) SD 21

Wiring with 2 x 1.5 sq.mm (22/0.3) PVC insulated unsheathed single core copper conductor of 1100V grade in suitable PVC rigid pipe on wall and ceiling with PVC accessories with 150 x 100 x 113mm TW Switch box for 3 pin non inter locking wall socket with 5A flsuh type switch with painting of suitable colour with continuous earth wire connection of 14 SWG TC wire for open PVC Plug point SD 36

Supply and fixing of single box type 4'36W fluorescent fitting complete with electronic ballast with TW round blockson wall or ceiling with flu tube with PVC unsheathed Copper leads from terminals to the fitting SD 87

Supply and fixing of 1200mm (48")sweep AC ceiling fan complete with stepped electronic 300W regulator with theexisting down rod on the existing clamps. (SD 110)
