Scarifying/Dismantling of SDBC/Bitumen concrete with latest mechanical means i.e diamond cutter automatic milling machines complete in all respect including credit of material and disposal of dismantled material with a (average) lead of 10 km (outside of Chandigarh) and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion RS on prepared surface of granular Base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.60 kg/sqm using mechanical means complete as per MORT&H specifications (5th edition) to the entire satisfaction of Engineer in charge.

Providing and applying tack coat using hot straight run bitumen of grade (VG-10 bulk) @2.50 Kg/10sqm including heating the bitumen, spraying the bitumen with mechanically operated spray unit fitted on bitumen boiler, cleaning and preparing the existing road surface complete in all respect and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying 20mm thick open graded premix surface with batch type HOT Mix Plant using crushed aggregates confirming to Grading 2 of Table 500-15 premixed with straight run bitumen VG-10 (60/70 grade) @ 1.46 kg per sqm minimum (by wt. of total mix), transported to site laid with paver finisher to required grade, level and alignment, rolled with smooth wheeled/vibratory/static roller to achieve the desired compaction and density of 2.3 gm/c.c. complete as per Clause 508 of MORT&H specifications (5th revision).

Providing and applying tack coat using hot straight run bitumen of grade VG-10 Bulk @ 3 Kg per 10 Sqm including heating the bitumen, spraying the bitumen with mechanically operated spray unit fitted on bitumen boiler, cleaning and preparing the existing road surface as per clause 503 of MORT&H specifications. complete in all respects to the entire satisfaction of Engineer In-charge.

Providing and laying 50mm thick compacted bituminous macadam with 100 - 120 TPH Hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates confirming to grading 2 of Table 500-4 premixed with straight run bitumen (VG-30 bulk) grade @ 4.50% (by wt. of total mix). transported to site, laid over previously prepared surface with paver finisher to required grade, level, alignment and rolled as per clauses 501.6 and 501.7 to achieve the desired compaction complete as per clause 504 of MORT&H specification (5 th revision)

Providing and laying 30/40mm thick Bituminous Concrete with 100/120 TPH batch type Hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonne per hour using crushed aggregates of specific grading-II with Bituminous binder @ 5.5%(by wt. of total mix) transporting the Hot Mix to work site laying with hyrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to required grade level and allignment, rolling with smooth wheeled vibrator and tendom rollers to achive the desire compaction as per MORT&H specification Clause 509 complete in all respect (5th revision). 40mm thick B.C.
