Provision for sand stone flooring with 40 mm thick sand stone as per matching with original colour and texture with mortar for ratio 1:1:1 ( lime surki and coarse sand) with mixing of Gur/sheera, dry gum, dry belgiri etc. flag stone to be fixed after fine dressing with special tools and making front edge as bull nose including all the labour and T. & P. . Required proper completion of work at the site.. (Rate Including GST).

Providing and fixing of sand stone 40 mm thick veneering stone matching with original including chiselling out old and decayed veneering stone and fix new stone with 1:1:1 ratio mortar (1 lime, 1 surkhi, 1 c. sand) including supply of all materials labour T.& P. etc. required for proper completion of work (Rate Including GST).

steel work welded in built up sections / framed work, |including cutting, hoisting , fixing in position' and applying |a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required. in gratings, frames , guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works completing with all respects as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.. Disposal of malba, similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste material by mechanical transport including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground for lead upto 10 km for all lifts, complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.. (Rate Including GST).

Random rubble masonry with hard stone in foundation and plinth including levelling up with cement concrete 1:6:12(1,cement,6c.sand, 12 stone agregate 20mm nominal size)up to plinth level as per direction of Engineer-in-charge (Rate Including GST).
