Earth work open excavation in all soils and sub-soils and to full depth as may be directed except in rock requiring blasting inclusive of shoring shuttering, bailing out water wherever necessary and depositing the excavated earth with a lead of 10 mts. within the compound in places shown by the departmental officers and clearing and levelling the site, etc., complete complying with standard specification.
Formation of Filter Layer for rubble mound groyne with quarry run hard blue granite stone of weight 1kg to 10kg having a specific gravity of not less than 2.65 as per approved design and drawing including quarrying, loading transporting by tippers/lorries weighing in the electronic weigh bridge for measurement, dumping, placing in position to required level, profile and finishing the side slopes 1:1.5 on both sides wherever required as per drawing with necessary equipment and devices as per the drawings and specification etc complete as directed by the Departmental Officers. The rate is also inclusive of placing, sectioning and finishing with necessary equipment and devices and hire and operational charges of tools and plants etc. (The payment shall be made on weight basis (ie) laden weight minus unladden weight). The contractor has to make his own arrangements for weigh bridge.
