Supply fixing and testing LED street light epoxy powder coated pressure die-cast aluminium housing with weatherproof gasket for LEDs and control gear compartments, pressure die-cast aluminium frame with heat resistant toughened clear glass fixed with SS screws alongwith secondary optics and individual LED's for better light distribution, input voltage 140-280 Volts, delivering lumen equal to/greater than 10200 lumen, system wattage 120 Watt, Ingress protection IP-66 and integrated driver with 5KV internal and 10 KV external surge protection including all acessories complete all as specified and directed by engr-in-charge.

Supply & fixing loop in loop out Polycarbonate Junction box in accordance with IEC 60670-22 of size 200 mm x 160 mm x 98 mm , suitable for LT cable 10 sqmm with front openable hinged cover and locking arrangements with IP 65 degree of protection, dust proof, water tight, shock proof, fire retardant with internally embedded gasket fitted with heat treated bakelite terminal block and PVC glands for cable entry complete with electrical connection fixed to pole with suitable size FI clamp nut bolts and washer including duty painted with powder coated paint complete all as specified and directed by engr-in-charge.

Supply and fixing/laying XLPE insulated GI wire/strip armoured electric power cable (Heavy duty) with stranded aluminium conductor 1100 volts grade, cross sectional area 10 Sqmm , 4 core laid in trench /poles/on wall/floor including nut and bolts, clamps as required at site all as specified and as directed by engr-in-charge. (Excavation, earth work, sand cushioning, protection brick and pipe shall be measured and paid separately under appropriate items).

Supply and fixing/laying XLPE insulated GI wire/strip armoured electric power cable (Heavy duty) with stranded aluminium conductor 1100 volts grade, cross sectional area 16 Sqmm , 2 core laid in trench /poles/on wall/floor including nut and bolts, clamps as required at site all as specified and as directed by engr-in-charge. (Excavation, earth work, sand cushioning, protection brick and pipe shall be measured and paid separately under appropriate items).

Supply and fixing/laying XLPE insulated GI wire/strip armoured electric power cable (Heavy duty) with stranded aluminium conductor 1100 volts grade, cross sectional area 35 Sqmm , 3.5 core laid in trench /poles/on wall/floor including nut and bolts, clamps as required at site all as specified and as directed by engr-in-charge. (Excavation, earth work, sand cushioning, protection brick and pipe shall be measured and paid separately under appropriate items).

Supplying and fixing galvanised mild steel pipe/tubing, medium grade complete with all fittings of 40 mm bore, laid in floor, fixed to poles/ walls with Mild steel clamps , bolts , nuts and washers complete all as specified and directed by engr-in-charge.

Supplying and fixing galvanised mild steel pipe/tubing, light grade complete with all fittings of 50 mm bore, laid in floor, fixed to poles/ walls with Mild steel clamps , bolts , nuts and washers complete all as specified and directed by engr-in-charge.

M & L for drawing of 3 core 1.5 Sqmm copper conductor cable and incl ERW conduit of bore dia. 15 mm duly painted with alluminium paint incl MS clamps fixed required to fix with the pole complete all as directed by engr-in-charge.

Supply and fixing in repair GI bracket for street light made out of 40 mm dia GI pipe medium grade 1.2 metre in length bend in shape as required including necessary MS flat iron clamp, nuts and bolts etc complete all as specified and directed by engr-in-charge.

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 mtr wide and not exc 1.5 mtr in depth; for trench of cable etc and getting out in Soft/loose soil, making the surface plain complete all as specified and as directed by engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for sand cushioning for protection of underground cable consolidated and compacted with clean dry sand all as specified and as directed by engr-in-charge.(Compacted thickness shall only be measured and paid).

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm in Soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed by engr-in-charge.

Removing excavated material to a distance n.exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed at level n.exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point all as specified and as directed by engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for well burnt bricks having crushing strength 75 kg/sqcm best quality locally available laid flat, dry in trenches for cable protection complete all as specified and as directed by engr-in-charge.

Material and labour point wiring for wall mounted/exhaust fan point controlled by one, one way switch using 1.5 sqmm nominal cross sectional area multistranded copper conductor ,PVC insulated unsheathed FRLSH cables in and including suitable size PVC casing and caping (ISI marked) , including pressed steel terminal switch boxes , 3 mm thick bakelite sheet top cover (ISI Marked) fitted with Chromium plated brass screws & washers and 1.5 sqmm nominal cross sectional area multistranded copper conductor FR PVC insulated unsheathed earth wire and connecting to earth dolly and brass screws, washers etc. complete all as specified and directed by engr-in-charge.

Supply and fixed epoxy powder coated sheet metal enclosures with socket plug top and MCB , Single pole and neutral enclosure with a two pin and earth plug and socket complete with one single pole MCB, 20 Amps, 240 Volts, 'C' series current carrying capacity 10 KA , including necessary connection complete all as specified and directed by engr-in-charge.

Supply and fixed in repairs MCB SP, 5 to 32 Amps, 'C' series 10kA, 240 Volts and to be housed in DBs including necessry connection complete all as specified and directed by engr-in-charge. (Note :- Proper and suitable size cable lugs to be fixed with MCB are included in unit rate of each MCB of any rating).

Supply and fixed in repairs MCB SPN 5-32 Amps, 'C' series 10kA, 240 Volts and to be housed in DBs complete including necessry connection all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge by engr-in-charge. (Note :- Proper and suitable size cable lugs to be fixed with MCB are included in unit rate of each MCB of any rating).

Supply and fixed in repairs epoxy powder coated sheet metal enclosure for DBs, single door (when MCBs to be used), Single pole and neutral 240 V, 2 ways with mounting fitted with bus bar, DIN channel , neutral link and incoming contact including MCB SPN 20 Amps.complete all as directed by engr-in-charge.

Supply and fixing 3-Phase submersible Monoblock pump set of capacity 5 HP, suitable for 415V, suitable for open well, discharge of 6.5-10 LPS at 24-40 Metre head and complete with submersible cable 10 Sqmm 3 core minimum 25 RM complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply & fixing on load change over switch four pole 63 amp 415 volt 50 Hz including connection complete all as specified by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fixing test point terminal block made of gun metal or phosphorous bronze, size 75mm x 75mm x 25 mm thick, drilled and screwed including 3 Nos. 8 mm dia. 25 mm long hexagonal head screws, including MS box 2 mm thick of suitable size for protection of test point terminal,complete all as specified and directed by engr-in-charge.

Supply and fixing air termination, single pointed, copper rod 12mm dia and 300mm long fixed on copper strip/GI for earth conductivity to ground complete all as specified and as directed by engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600 mm x 600 mm x 6 mm, thick buried directly in ground( earth pit not less than 2.25 mtrs deep below normal ground level )with the top edges of plate not less than 1.5 mtrs below normal ground level connected to GI strip of size 32 mm x 6mm thick by means of GI nuts, bolts check nuts and washers earth lead protected by 15mm dia GI pipe light grade and connected to main distribution board/earthing test point all as shown in electrical plate No 5 of SSR part 1 and all as specified including testing on completion. Notes:-The unit rate also including for excavation, earth work in any type of strata, plain cement concrete 1:3:6 mix, Type C1 pit, 40 mm thick RCC 1:2:4 mix , type B1 cover reinforced with 8mm dia TMT bars @150mm C/C both ways ,GI funnel with GI watering pipe 20 mm dia medium grade, wire mesh, protection pipe 15mm dia GI pipe light gde for earth lead upto 7.50m longcomplete all as specifoed and as directed by engr-in-charge. Note :- If the desired earth resistance is not found, earthing shall be redone by the contractor at no extra cost to the department.

Material and labour for Chemical earthing complete with copper earth plate electrode of size 900 mm x 600 mm x 5 mm buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below the normal ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5m below normal GL connected to copper earth strip 32x6mm,all as shown on electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Part - 1, using 5 Nos alternate layers of charcol and salt crystal and a final layer of Magnesium sulphate of 5 cm thickness to be provided and connected to earth test point including 25 mm dia GI med grade pipe for watering with funnel and wire meshed and 63 mm dia GI light grade pipe for protection of earth strip and providing water supply connection from nearest water supply point and testing complete all as specified and as directed by engr-in-charge. Note : (i) The unit rate shall deemed included for earth work in hard / dense soil, PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 chamber, RCC (1:1.5:3) cover 50mm thick reinforced with 8mm dia TMT bars @ 150mm c/c both ways, funnel with watering pipe 25mm dia medium grade, GI protection pipe light grade 63mm dia, and wire mesh complete in addition to item No. 1 (a) to (e) of preamble (notes) under sub - heading earthing, specified on SI. page No. 422 of SSR Part-II. (ii) The earthing pit should be provided with proper earth pit and pit cover. Pit cover should be painted with synthetic enamel paint of approved colour and pit number to be marked on a GI plate above 45 cm from GL as per colour code followed in AF Station. (iii) If the desired earth registance is not achive during testing as per IS the complete earthing shall be carried out by the contractor at his own cost and no extra claim shall be admissable.
