Special Eligibility Criteria

   Eligibility Criteria: 1 . The tenderer shall be registered on IREPS website (www.ireps.gov.in) to participate in the tendering process. 2. The tenderer must have supplied at least one same/similar metal fabricated items (which includes cutting and welding both) effected in last 5 years to the reputed organizations. 3. The tenderer shall provide a detail giving a list of major supplies of same/similar metal fabricated items (which includes cutting and welding both) effected in last 5 years to the reputed organizations giving details and copies of the Purchase Order No. and Completion certificate/CRN/R-Note. Such period shall be reckoned from the date of opening of tender. 4. Tenderer not submitting the requisite information may note that his offer is liable to be ignored. May kindly approve the case with revised Eligibility Criteria

   Firm is required to give complete details of distributor along with the contact person and contact no, if supply is to be made through distributor.

   Please enter the percentage of local content in the material being offered. Please enter 0 for fully imported items, and 100 for fully indigenous items. The definition and calculation of local content shall be in accordance with the Make in India policy as incorporated in the tender conditions.

   IRS Conditions of Contract:The contract shall be governed by latest version (along with all correction slips)of IRS conditions of Contract, and all other terms and conditions incorporated in the tender documents.

   NOTE- THIS TENDER IS GOVERNED BY LATEST BID DOCUMENT VERSION 14.0 OR LATEST WITH ALL CORRIGENDUMS AND AMENDMENTS IF ANY ISSUED BEFORE CLOSING OF TENDER.

   GD CLAUSE: RAILWAYS RESERVES THE RIGHTS TO CANCEL CONTRACT AFTER EXPIRY OF THE DELIVERY PERIOD BY IMPOSING GD @ 10% OF THE OUTSTANDING OF THE VALUE OF CONTRACT.

   Warranty/ Guarantee: As per clause no.2.18 of Bid Document Version 14.0 or latest with all corrigendums and amendments if any issued before closing of tender.

   LIQUIDATED DAMAGES: RAILWAY WILL RECOVER FROM THE CONTRACTOR AS AGREED LIQUIDATED DAMAGES AND NOT BY WAY OF PENALTY, A SUM EQUIVALENT TO 0.5% (HALF PERCENT) OF THE PRICE OF ANY STORES (INCLUDING ELEMENTS OF TAXES, DUTIES, FREIGHT ETC.) WHICH THE CONTRACTOR HAS FAILED TO DELIVER WITHIN THE PERIOD FIXED FOR DELIVERY IN THE CONTRACT OR AS EXTENDED FOR EACH WEEK OR PART OF A WEEK DURING WHICH THE DELIVERY OF SUCH STORES MAY BE IN ARREARS WHERE DELIVERY THEREOF IS ACCEPTED AFTER EXPIRY OF THE AFORESAID PERIOD, SUBJECT TO A MAXIMUM OF 10% (TEN PERCENT) OF VALUE OF DELAYED SUPPLIES AND THE SAME WILL NOT BE WAIVED OFF EXCEPT IN CASES WHERE DELAY IS ON ACCOUNT OF RCF. NOTE:-(THIS IS APPLICABLE FOR TENDERS OPENED AFTER 31-MAR- 2019)
