Dismantling of posts or struts (wood, steel or RCC) any section including taking out embeded portion and making good disturbed ground complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for surface dressing nexc 15 cm deep , site clearance , to remove the bushes and making area workable complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of floor hearth wall tiling including cement mortar beddind but not backing removing serviceable material to store complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and paving nexc 15cm thick above or below ground level complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description built in cement mortar on brick or stone walls etc including racking out joints, hacking for Key, scrubbing down with water etc.complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 15-20mm thick granite slab, machine cut, well polished, bedded in 15mm thick in CM 1:4 like and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixtures of pigments to match the shade of granite stone including cutting and polishing etc. complete all as specified and directed. Note: External ( Front ) edge of stone slab shall be made half round and coast thereof shall deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted by the tenderer.

M&L for coloured ceramic glazed tile (Premium quality) , 7 to 8mm thick (square / rectangular) on vertical surfaces in Cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match over 10 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed

M&L for Granite tiles 10-15mm thick machine cut, in wall laid over 10mm thick cement screed in CM 1:4 like and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixtures of pigments to match the shade of granite stone including cutting and polishing etc. complete all as specified and directed. Note: External ( Front ) edge of stone slab shall be made half round and coast thereof shall deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted by the tenderer.

M & L Machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20-25mm thick over and including 20mm thick cement screed bed in CM 1:6 laid laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L Machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20-25mm thick in riser of steps,skirting, dado & pillar over and including 15mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete all as specified and as directed.

M &L chequered tiles (Cement) 30cm X 30cm x 25mm thick, set and jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floor with grey cement and pigment over & including 15mm thick screed bed in CM (1:6) Complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footparth, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50 mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sandt complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75mm thick cement concrete type C-1, 1:3:6 (20mm graded aggregate) as in plinth protection finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 50 mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) laid in alternate panel , incl providing glass strips of size 38 mm wide and 3 mm thick fixed in position for making panel as in floor , floor surfaces finished even and smooth using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed

S & F Galvanised 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed with with 2 mm dia barbs at 75 mm at spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts including securing or tying at crossings with land provision of galvanised mild steel pins etc as directed.

S & F Post and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed , drilling holes notching for barbed wires etc ;flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting etc complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F bands , straps supports or stays for hooks(stay), heavy for large gates; hook and pintle hinges;large hasp and staples; chains including cutting to shape complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only MS galvanised chain link fencing including 4mm dia galvanised wire plain fixed on both sides for straighting (wt. of chain link fencing n.exc 3.50 kg/sqm) complete all as specefied and as directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including fixing of line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of staindard rails, straining bolts, etc. including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and as directed
