(Twice in a year)

Jungle cleaning (Growth of jungle/bushes not Sqm more than 40 mm): Cleaning of existing jungle & bushes up to ground level, uprooting and removing the same at the location outside Railway boundary after 3 rounds of spraying of non toxic chemical at the interval as specified in special condition. The cleaning area should be kept free from jungle bushes/plants and grass beyond 40 mm in height by spraying suitable round of chemical and with manual labour. Before actual execution of works exact location should be decided and recorded jointly on the site register by SSE, AEN & Contractor. NOTE: On need basis additional maintenance is to be carried if required. The payment will not be made as extra).\

Manufacturing, supplying & erecting/hanging Square retro reflective display sign board of rectangle Foot shape made of 2mm thick aluminium sheet confirming to ASTM- D 4956, IS: 9000 and AIS : 090/ ECER 104 including back frame made of M.S.Angles 35mmx 35mm x 5mm and post- M.S.Angles 50mmx 50mm x 6mm/ fixing arrangement with bracket, nuts & bolts or welding in workshop structure by necessary fitting as desired by site Engineer. (In case of fixing with post concrete will be paid separately.)

All labours, tool, plant, loading and unloading and transporting from working site to GSD's store/IOW's store as per instruction of Site Engineer: Girth of main tree over 1.5 m and up to 3 m and main stem length 28'-0".

Hiring & operating three wheeler manual van Day rickshaw with driver for effective eight hours in a day for transporting purpose. It is inclusive of remuneration of the driver, maintenance & repair of the van, all taxes complete in all respect. The vehicle shall run on pucca, kutcha road.

Taking out damaged north light glass from the Sqm shed structure at any height and location by suitable means including its frames, fixtures, fitting and transporting released materials to SSE(W) concerned and supplying, fitting and fixing new wired N.L. Glasses 5 mm thick with all fixtures fastenings complete in all charges for labour, materials, lead , lift, ascent, descent, tools/ plants complete in all respect (Labour and Materials)

Only cement will be supplied free by the Railway but no transport charges will be paid. Water supply from the tank should not be disturbed.
