Statutory Variation Clause

Unless otherwise stated in the Contract,statutory variation (fresh imposition and/or variation) in applicable GST rate or other taxes and duties mentioned in the Contract shall be borne by the Purchaser, for statutory variations occurring after the date of submission of the tender, as per the conditions of the Contract, Including amendments if any. However, GST rate amendments shall be considered for the quoted HSN code only, against documentary evidence,provided such an increase in GST rates is after the tender submission date and shall not be applicable for any misquotation of the HSN number or GST rate by the contractor. The Purchaser is not liable for any claim from the contractor on account of fresh imposition and/or increase (including statutory increase) of GST,customs duty, or other duties on raw materials and/or components used directly in the manufacture of the Contracted Goods taking place during the pendency of the Contract unless such liability is expressly agreed to in terms of the Contract.

Option Clause

The purchaser shall be entitled to vary the order quantity upto +/- 30% anytime within the delivery period (including extended delivery period) on the same terms and conditions. The increase in quantity with respect to the tender quantity can be done even at the time of ordering and the tenderer shall be bound to accept the quantity so ordered on the basis of his original offer. The purchaser shall be entitled to exercise +/- 30% option clause in one or more than one instalment as long as the total variation in quantity does not exceed the limit of 30% of ordered quantity.

Supply of SMPS Based IPS system suitable for EI/PI up to 4 line station in RE area and confor ming to RDSO Specn. No. RDSO/SPN/165/2023 Ver. 4.0 Amdt.-1 along with remote indication Panel. The tot al number of supplies and their Modules Rating/Capacity of each type of supply shall be as per attached dr awing. This item also includes supply of 110V/300 AH LMLA Batteries (55 Nos. + 5 Nos.) It covers supply of Tool Kit containing all type of tools required for maintenance of IPS and set of spare as recommended/ men tioned in RDSO Specn. No. RDSO/SPN/165/2023 Ver. 4.0 Amdt.-1. It includes supply of proper hard wood st and for keeping batteries as per sample approved by Engineer at site. This includes transportation to consi gnee depot. Commissioning shall be as per the spec. RDSO/SPN/165/2023 Ver. 4.0 Amdt.-1.The length of c ables to be supplied with each IPS system will be as given in the specification :1. Cable from IPS system to ASM box-70 meters (OEM shall supply 12 core, 1.5 sq.mm signaling cable as per IRS:S 63/2014).2. Cable fr om IPS to Battery Bank -30 meters (25 sq mm).
